Currently, sitting here now. They brought my omelet out 15 minutes ago. They delivered my food without my boyfriend's order. No one even checked on us or noticed that he didn't have his meal. I had to wave down our waitress to let her know and so we waited on his meal while mine got cold (obviously I wasn't going to eat without him). I then had to ask the waitress for a new plate since mine was cold. She offered to take it, so the cook could see what was in it to remake it (or probably microwave it-- I mean they should have the ticket of my order, right?). I told her I'd hold on to it until she brought a new plate. Now, my boyfriend's sitting waiting on me to get a hot order-- Ridiculous. Oh, and by the way... they still didn't get his order correct. I mean if you don't mind getting a partial order while whoever you're with waits on you, then this may be the place for you. For me, however, I've had better service elsewhere. The regional manager here, Jamie Collier, is completely unprofessional. We had a waitress that called one of our guests a bad word and everything hit the fan from there. They were rude, unapologetic and left one girl to wait on our party of 20. We spent at least $150 each check and had almost no help. They left dirty bins in the party room and when we asked them to move it, they got an attitude. They were also celebrating a waitstaff members birthday, which is great! However they had KIDS under 5 behind the kitchen expedite area and had a cake out with people going in and out of the kitchen to get more cake. The rest of the wait staff was just sitting around eating cake while our poor waitress ran around like crazy. Food was sub-par. Drinks were all made differently, despite ordering the same drinks. When we brought that up to our waitress, she blamed the bartenders for being pregnant??!! The entire night was a big mess, and the RM did nothing to reprimand or accommodate us as her waitress continued to berate and double down on her bad behavior. Overall, we left paying way too much for a dinner that would have been better not happening. 10/10 will never go back and neither will any one in our party. More disappointed about the waitress and regional managers behavior than anything. read more

Sorry but our service can't be blamed on Covid because even our last visit in 2019 was awful. So I made a reservation for my daughters birthday and when we got there they told us we were in the party room, which we thought was cool since we had the room to ourselves. But it turned out to be a disaster. My daughters had to go get menus and silverware and ask for the tables to be wiped down. Then it took at least 15 to 20 minutes to get drink orders in. We were there for at least two hours and when our food came out some was cold but the kicker was my order wasn't even put in, so everyone got to eat lol but me. They did take it off our ticket and pack it to go. But the exact thing happened in 2019. I don't know what has happened to this place because it used to be great. But I doubt we will ever go back. read more

Every bite of the burger, I'm thinking "this is the best burger I've ever had." I love a place that can make me think that. Let me start by saying this is such a charming place. The atmosphere is so welcoming and it looks like an absolute blast if you don't have kids with you! I peeped the drink menu and the specials are great, plus they have an abundance of unique drinks to offer. We loved the fries and onion rings that came with our meals, and we love that they use Fivestar rewards. We are always on there getting good deals. We can't wait to come back for some brisket nachos and margaritas! They looked perfect. read more

From the second we walked in the door, the hostess didn't know what was going on. We were placed on a waitlist, which is fine...the. Watched two other couples walk right in and get seated. Our waitress was rude the whole encounter. Our appetizer was delicious. The guacamole was awesome. However, my tater loaded tater tots were terrible. They tasted microwaved, they were cold. Then it took 30 mins to get our check. Once we had our check another 15 mins passed without seeing our server, and we just ended up paying cash so we could get out of there. This place has seriously gone down hill. We definitely won't go back. Also none of the servers were wearing masks despite the state mandate, and there was no social distancing to speak of. I thought this place was really nice! Although it has a large dining room, I asked to be seated in the bar area and the waitress was happy to comply. There were a good number of tables and ample seating at the bar. Service was quick, and my pulled pork nachos were very good. The beer menu is extensive--you will have a hard time choosing! She recommended the Blood and Honey (from Revolver Brewing) not knowing I am from Granbury. Have to support the local economy! Awesome Service and Food Friday night, we used the party room for a birthday party for my sister-in-law. Everything was perfect. We had nineteen people for a sit-down dinner and then played games. The waitress--Jane--was fantastic. She kept our tables filled with appetizers and managed to have all our meals arrive at the same time which means she had a great kitchen staff behind her. The food was excellent, the service was incredible, and a wonderful time was had by all thanks to the Old Texas Brewing Company's staff. Frozen strip of metal that runs the entire bar length to keep your drinks ice cold. Nice touch. They have an outdoor street patio and a roof patio that serves drinks as well. Bands play on the roof top which is very cool. So if you're looking to drink, be in a scene, hear some music in a cool location, I would suggest going here. Do not come here for a food destination. If you choose to eat, keep it to the basics, like a burger so not to be disappointed. I had fried catfish last night. It didn't taste bad. But it was odd. Like odd coating, odd shape, definitely not southern fried style. To me it seemed like pre breaded frozen fish that they may have added an extra coating too. Idk. But not really the way it should be done. Baked potato was luke warm, mac and cheese was actually pretty good, chips and queso not bad but not mind blowing. It has to be out of this world for me to give 5 stars to eatery places. So I give them 4. It's a open air concept type of feeling. During the day it's like sitting in the shade accept for there is air conditioning and no bugs. The brunch was delicious and was pretty and if I am going to do brunch it needs to have a little something special. The varieties of mimosa was impressive if you like that sort of thing. During the evening and into the night this place comes alive with sounds of the live band outside on the rooftop bar and dance floor. It's a big place inside and out. People were very nice. Non-Smoking on the rooftop. Yey! The musical guest seem to provide a nice variety of tunes. Bathrooms are clean but there should be a bathroom upstairs. There are 2 flights of stairs to go up and down. I did not see a handicap accessibility to upstairs. Not sure how they do it. There must be an elevator. read more

Recently lived in Burleson for a few months and this was our go to place!! We are big drinkers and you can't beat the happy hours (almost all day long!!). The bartenders were always happy, lively, friendly and on top of service. Only a couple times had issue with what a double pour actually was or a bartender being too overwhelmed to have quick service. And we were literally there almost everyday lol... We miss you ladies, you rock!! Any food we ever ordered was great, no complaints. I mean it isn't fine dining, so I wouldn't judge it as such. But if you are looking for cheesy, meaty yumminess, this is your place!! The app brisket nachos could be a meal for one. The Green Goddess grilled sammie was amaaaaaaaaaaaaazballs... One phrase seems very appropriate for Old Texas Brewing Co.: All hat and no cattle. The queso was expensive and very small (probably 4oz for $8). I ordered BBQ that they seemed proud of on the menu. Got 3 meats: brisket, pork, sausage. The pork was dry with no bark or smoke flavor. The sausage was Eckridge, sliced on the bias and each slice grilled individually on both sides. The brisket was more like a roast than brisket. And it was sliced WITH THE GRAIN. Then all the meat was covered in Cattleman's. For sides I got green beans and Mac & cheese. The beans had been frozen at some point and were served steamed. The Mac was flavorless. Can't believe how disappointed I was. Better dining options right around the corner. Any corner. read more

The hostess is rude if you do t know these guys on a personal level they will not help you out unless you flag them down. Ok so we were looking for a nice place that also served fish because we are always looking for a good fish place. I found this place and we decided to try it for our anniversary. My husband ordered the fish and fries and I got the pulled pork, onion rings, and coleslaw. To drink I ordered unsweet ice tea he had a dos equis draft. The best part of the meal was his beer. So first off the onion rings were cold and super greasy, the fish was hot but also very greasy. The fries were warmer but not hot ,the coleslaw was in desperate need of dressing as it had none. Now the pulled pork first off was not hot just warm it had alot of fat,gristle and I even found a vein. Being a brew house I really expected a homemade sauce made with one of their brews. Now don't get me wrong the sauce was ok it was good and thick but it had no spices. The waitress was fair but not good. Our waitress was wonderful and told us we had 10 minutes to take advantage of 1/2 price appetizers...so we did! Food-My 11 year old son recommended they place (enjoyed it with his dad before). We just stopped in for our first visit. We will definitely return. There is a wide variety of beers to choose from. the dinner menu had something for everyone from burgers, BBQ, seafood, salads and more. My wife had the salmon; the portion size was huge. She made another full meal out of it. The salmon was cooked exactly the way she liked it. I h a d mojito lime shrimp, which was also a generous portion. The shrimp was fresh and properly cooked.
