The store is a mess, sort of; looks more like a warehouse now and less like a place to shop. Staff is minimal...I mean scanty... and those that work there have no desire to really help you. They are, however, interested in socializing with each other. I don't blame them actually. Poop rolls down hill, right? So, if administration has no mission to provide great quality and customer service, no pride in what they are doing, why would the minimal staff that work there? It doesn't make me happy, what I'm writing, but I need to be honest. I try to find what I need anywhere but at Dick's Sporting Goods right now. What a disappointment.

As you can Imagine the other parts I was buying were quality and as such expensive. It took me a while to accumulate the other parts for my build so the barrel sat with the other parts as I accumulated them. When I was ready to assemble the parts I found that the barrel that I was charged $400 for was completely shot out. I knew when bringing it back that it had been a few months and that I probably couldn't get my money back but was hoping for some sort of store credit or a discount on a future purchase. Something to help take the sting of a $400 loss a little less. Not only was I told no I was then called the liar and cheat. I was told that I shot a barrel completely out and stripped the threads on the barrel myself. I will never go back and hope that anyone in the mid coast area will bring there purchases to a different seller. One who will let you inspect your purchase before buying. I was a loyal customer but will never return to this establishment
