Yes, there will be a line and it's likely to go out the door and right up someone's postal chute. Who will then annoy everyone by bitching about it for the next 3.75 minutes until clearing the line and out on their way back to Panera or wherever else these people go. Maybe ULTA or MOD...who can say. But anyway, how many times have you EVER seen a post office where all the stations are open and functionally movin product!??! Most anytime I've seen that rare phenom. has been HERE. During busy busy times I've even seen the Post Mistress getting her Hustle on working the line like E40. Some spit bars....postal person spits stamps like a BOSS. So give 'em a break. Even that one chick who always has a face like she's sucking lemons. She's actually pretty cool and nice if you engage her or offer to share a poptart. Just relax and go postal fool. Think of it this way...do ya REALLY feel that going to one in Roseville or Sac will solve all your postal problems and give ya closure?? Guuurlll. No.

The communication has been more frustrating than helpful, and the issue remains unresolved. As a customer, I expect reliable mail delivery and respectful communication. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Important mail has been delayed, and I have been left feeling that my concerns are not being addressed fairly. I hope USPS reviews this situation and works to improve both customer service and delivery reliability on this route.

I wasn't able to pay for my postage and had to leave without sending my packages. The schedule on the front door showed this post office closing down for lunch starting at 1:30pm. This information is also not on the USPS website.

From my separate City of Auburn review:…read more Auburn is an attractive city, especially Old Town Auburn, which attracts passersby on the highway between Reno and Sacramento with the quaint architecture on a hill flanked by a giant sculpture. Its small-town charm is likely why movies like Rocky and Bullwinkle, Breakdown, Wisdom, and xXx had scenes shot here, but the town relates most to the 1996 John Travolta movie Phinome Phenomin Phenomm Look Who's Talking. The guy who discovered gold here in 1849 was memorialized by Ken Fox with a 45-ton concrete (rebar and wire mesh) statue at the entrance of Old Town. Ken Fox was a dentist able to do this in between teeth cleanings and forcing customers to look at super close-up pictures of their teeth in order to sell "special deep teeth cleaning" by the quadrant. This dentist has more "Great Statues" in the area which you'd likely find ful-"filling". Get it? Anyway, it's right off the highway, so stop there and check out Old Town. Great post office…read more For such a little post office, they are fast and they know what they are doing. I go far out of my way to use this post office because I know they are good at what they do. If I use them my package is less likely to get lost. Stop by and give em a try. The worst that can happen is, you spend an extra five minutes chatting with one of the wonderful clerks. I like to think that those big blue mail drop boxes are some kind of Doctor Who like portals for our mailmen. Maybe that's how they are able to get all the mail out so fast.

Every single time I've come here they're never friendly. They probably get overwhelmed by the…read moreamount of business they're getting because their space is so small. Even when I've come to drop off mail in the morning, they already look annoyed. That's why I avoid coming here and would prefer going to Mail N More down the street, the workers' attitudes there are always positive and they're appreciative if you help them in any way unlike the UPS store where you feel like they're doing you a favor. This review has been a long time coming. The final straw was my latest interaction with them this week.
