Every single time I've come here they're never friendly. They probably get overwhelmed by the amount of business they're getting because their space is so small. Even when I've come to drop off mail in the morning, they already look annoyed. That's why I avoid coming here and would prefer going to Mail N More down the street, the workers' attitudes there are always positive and they're appreciative if you help them in any way unlike the UPS store where you feel like they're doing you a favor. Came in to this store to ship a return with the labels . Joshua was extremely rude and disrespectful. He was interjecting while I was working with someone else. He had no patience and was extremely short and abrasive . I told him he doesn't need to interrupt my conversation with the employee I was working with . She was telling me I need to pay for them to print a label . All I was doing was asking questions of their policies to understand . He told me I could go to another store when I told them that I hadn't been charged before. Apparently you can't ask questions of a business and policy without getting told to leave or go somewhere else . Joshua had zero patience and was completely out of line for the Customer service I have been accustomed to with UPS. The roseville locations are much more patient and kind . Joshua should leave the customer service industry since he loves to cut off inquiries and questions. Patience is not a skill of his. Jenn handled my questions with more patience and kindness . I asked the staff at this store to help me package a large item into a box. They charged me $15.00 for a box that was much too large, then they wouldn't refund me when I needed a smaller box. They were incredibly rude, making me wait for 10 minutes to process my refund request and then telling me it was out of the question, forcing me to buy ANOTHER box so I could send my item out. There was no excuse for this. They claimed I tore a flap of the box. This is ridiculous. They should have allowed me to exchange the box (which THEY mistakenly selected) for another, when they can easily re-use that box for another customer. And I was in pain, with a neck brace, recovering from surgery - give me a break! I won't go there again. Staples in Auburn provides the same service with much friendlier and more accommodating staff. Staples charges way less for their services and their staff is courteous and helpful. read more

Been to the store a handful of times they've always had great service and friendly employees. Reviewing the complaints about not taping up their packages and bringing stuff in unpackaged and having to pay for it. Extremely rude staff at this location! I went in to process an Amazon return, and I did not know I needed to have the item "prepackaged." I've never had an Amazon return that requested this, and I told the staff member I did not see this requirement and I did as I normally would have an brought the item in the bag that Amazon provided. It's all good and well with me that this is what Amazon asked for, but the issue is how she went about telling me that it needed to be prepackaged. After I proceeded to make sure I had the item how Amazon requested, she yanked the item from my hand, scanned it, and proceeded to throw it from the cash register to a box across the room. Went into the store to return my Amazon package. It was not made clear to me that my packages (2 of the same items in boxes) needed to be in one box. The staff member would not accept my package unless I taped them together. Easy fix right?? I asked to use their large roll of packing tape right in front of me as I only needed two pieces. She said no and told me a needed to buy tape. This was very upsetting as the problem could have been resolved quickly and I would have walked out happy. Unbelievable! We payed for a PMB here in uburn while we were in transition from selling our house and moving. When we signed a contract with UPS and again when we turned in keys prior to the end of our contract that we would be wanting our mail forwarded for a few months and we would be calling each month to have that done. I have to say, the lady with the short spiky hair in the long nails was super rude to me for absolutely no reason. I let her know that I had a few Amazon returns and my phone was taking quite a while to load and she slammed the scanner on the counter and said OK well let me know when you're ready. We stopped in this store to mail my son his rent check for college. UPS Ground track able. Vanessa was great with us as we kept forgetting or transposing numbers! My husband and I went and changed wireless companies after and was given a new SIM card for my sons phone. We went back to the UPS store, about 2 hrs later, and asked Vanessa if she could add the SIM card into the envelope with the check so we didn't have to pay again and send separately. She took the time to dig around all the piles and found the envelope! She then cut it open, let us put the SIM card in, and then taped it back up! Vanessa's customer service went above and beyond and we are grateful for that! read more

I buy a lot of stuff on Amazon. I also inadvertently return items from Amazon. When I do this, I carefully read the instructions from Amazon telling me what condition my return needs to be in. Does it need to be in a box, does it just have to have the QR code to go along with it, does it need to be re-packaged and labeled with their pre-printed label? Once I make sure that I am following the instructions per Amazon, I go into the Auburn UPS store there on Bell Road, and I have had absolutely no problems ever returning anything appropriately packaged (per Amazon) to be sent back. The workers are always pleasant to me. They have my frequent addresses stored, so it makes it really easy to send "care packages." I rarely have to wait long, regardless of the time of day. Parking is easy. They always seem to have the packing materials that I need. My packages arrive on time. Mind you, it was a cell phone and the phone not arriving on time resulted in my husband needing to take time off of work. Dennis told me that it may be an hour late, arriving at 9am but it was 24 hrs late. When I called the UPS store, Dennis was rude and unhelpful, reluctantly starting a claim. He told me "I told you your package would be late" and when I said "yes you did, but only an hour" he started to backtrack. He told me that "someone would call me back you end of day Monday." DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR LIVESCAN FINGERPRINTING! The employees at this store are incredibly rude and slow to process a Livescan request. My first attempt at fingerprinting took over an hour, and the employee overcharged me for services I did not request. She even charged me for the paper she used to print my receipt! When I tried to have her reconcile the charges, she flat out refused even though the mistake was hers.
