Every employee I have encountered has been lovely, patient and kind with me. Recently, I was having a bad day. Tapped out emotionally and financially, and I may have vented to the woman helping me. I was making fun of myself for grabbing some snacks and saying it was my lunch. She was so empathetic to my plight and we bonded over Slim Jim's. After my transaction I handed one of my Slim Jim's to her and she said "No, that's for you! I bought it for you" It was such a small gesture but it felt enormous in that moment. I love this location and all of their staff, especially this particular young woman who made my entire week with her generosity!

Works costumer service but Clearly lacks the skills to even speak to people . So incredibly incompetent, unhelpful and weirdly unnecessarily condescending. I Didn't have much knowledge on shipping my own stuff which is why I relied on someone to maybe HELP??? Do her JOB??? I just needed one more thing packed (took like 1 minute) by them and some labels printed. I was asked some questions at first but quickly caught on that it was to print labels which I already had QRs for. She got upset cause I didn't bring that up but i literally walked in and asked to package one quick thing and HAVE LABELS PRINTED. We were only on this for one minute before I showed the QRs and most likely saved time because I already had these saved on my phone as screenshots. This was actually a quick process but unnecessarily longer than it should've been. I don't even leave reviews but this was such a bad experience that it felt necessary. I didn't get a name tag or care enough to go get it but it was an old lady with white hair and she shouldn't be working here. Try to avoid or else you'll walk out with your good vibes/mood ruined. I've had no other issues with FedEx

I bought a property that had a kholer generator…read more So I called and found the nearest dealer (Norris Electric) they suggested I buy a kholer 12RES they said it was a great generator for off grid systems and very reliable. Almost immediately we had issues with it. When we called in for a repair. They came out once. Then when we had issues again. They said it was too far and they wouldn't come out anymore. I had a renter named Mary living there and she lived alone and had no help. They left her in the dark. Wouldn't help and were mean to her. I called kholer and Norris didn't register our product. So we couldn't get warranty help. The owner Ron and his Mother were super rude to myself and Mary. Our generator quick working at 1600 hrs. We couldn't get anyone else to come out and look at it. The nearest dealer was 150 miles away. Plus no warranty. So finally in 2021 I call and use a fake name and give them our address. Tell them we have a generator not working. They come out and look at it. They tell us it's bad (this is at 1600hrs) I used the name ( John Reynolds to see if they would come out. Since they wouldn't help Mary. They suggest we buy a new one. So we purchase another one. Hoping the first one was a fluke and the next one will work. We weren't off grid anymore. So wouldn't be used was much. It started having trouble at 200hrs. I called for a technician to come and service it and start it so it was running for winter. It had a miss and wasn't staying running. They came out in September 2025 and did the service. They said it was fine. The very first storm power was knocked out. We started it and it died in 20-30 seconds. We tried starting again and it have several codes. We called back and they said they would put me on The schedule. But they emailed me a bill for $300 and I needed to pay for service. I told them I had seen it a couple days earlier and paid it through quick books. They said it could take two weeks to process electronic payments and that they couldn't put me on the schedule. I told them I would come down in person and pay then. But put me on the schedule. So I had my son take a check down. Then waited a few hours. Nobody called back. I called in to see if I could get on schedule. They said there wasn't anyone there to help and next Wednesday the person that scheduled will be back and they can help. I called kholer and they said my unit isn't registered. I called in and asked why this SECOND UNIT PURCHASED HAD ALSO NOT BEEN REGISTERED. So I drove down there to talk with them. The guy I was talking with Andy they said left and nobody was there. THEY TOLD ME TO LEAVE. I said first explain why two generators purchase haven't been registered? They said no and leave or they were calling the cops. I said go ahead and I will tell them what you are doing. This is the second time. So they call the cops. The suburb PD comes. They say not to be mean to staff and they will come out Wednesday and look at the generator. I say ok and leave. Wednesday comes around and nobody shows up. I call at 12p to see what time they are coming. No answer. I call again. No answer. The Auburn Pd calls and said they aren't coming and don't do watch them or the will file harassment complaint. So I spent $12,000 for two generators. One went bad at 160"hrs because of refusal of service. I couldn't get a warranty replacement because they didn't register it. Then I was forced to purchase a new one and it has 200hrs and it's already broke. They won't come out and service it and THEY DIDNT REGISTER IT EITHER AND TRIED TO SAY WE DIDNT BUT IT FROM THEM. SMH. THIS COMPANY IS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!
