I never got to see the former location mentioned in other reviews, but this warehouse space seems to work well for the large scale sculptures it houses. I couldn't quite grasp what I was seeing at first, but it soon dawns on you that you're looking at carefully assembled plastic debris that takes on a life of its own as a large sea creature. And that debris has been pulled from the ocean. It's a powerful statement as you marvel at these cheerfully colorful creatures. This is a collective of artists, and a very talented one at that. It's amazing to think so many hands work together to bring these cohesive works to life. You can tell it's a real labor of love. There's some nice info boards and literature that lay out their mission, as well as an opportunity to donate money if you choose to do so...they also have a website. I was enthralled by the absolute delightful decor. As I entered the darling home, the smell of soap wafted in the air. The store is decorated so beautifully with candles, soap, jewelry, vintage glass, garden metal and cottage core, farmhouse, and beach decor. Mari greeted me and was so friendly and helpful. After I chose some gifts to purchase, she offered to gift wrap for me and label the gifts with calligraphy. This will be one of my go to places when I return to this lovely hamlet by the sea.
