We have been coming here since my son turned 1 and he is now 4. I think the pricing is reasonable and it is great to have an option where he can play when the weather is bad. It has definitely been through a lot over the years and could probably benefit from a super deep clean, but cleanliness overall is good. Pricing at their concession stands is reasonable. We did do my son's 3rd birthday here- the price point was good, but I wish that we had access to the party room longer. The whole party went by so fast with the limited time. Luckily you can stay longer after you no longer have to the party room. I do wish they opened at 9 versus 10 on Saturdays. read more

Great place to kill time with kids of all ages but they need to update pricing on the website to save people the hassle of haggling in person. The rules for pricing are already very confusing but those rules apparently do not apply at the Winston Salem location? Online says 2 year old if free with a paying sibling but in person it's 1 and under. Also hours are wrong for Tuesdays. They say opens at 9am online but doesn't open until 10am in person. read more

Great place to let the kids run wild. Slides, tunnels, kids zip line, tree house with bridges and ropes. They also have video games in another section. There is a toddler area for smaller kids. Prices were okay. ~$15 a kid, with a multi-kid discount. Adults are free. If you buy a shirt then you get a discount on future visits, when you wear the shirt. It is a safe environment. I didn't worry about the kids falling off anything. The staff does a decent job with telling kids to not run or play rough. read more

We were pleasantly surprised at great this place is. I wasn't expecting much, especially being in a strip mall shopping center, but it was big and there was lots to do. Our kids are 6 & 8 and they loved the zip line (which they did over and over...and over) and the maze of a playground. It's a great place to bring kids and let them run around, have fun, and do it in a safe environment. One of my favorite parts was that there's no charge for adults, so my wife and I could both come and be there but not have to pay to sit there. read more

We took the kids to a different location a couple of times before the pandemic, but this is first time to this location. Place seems mostly clean enough, aside of the bathroom. About what you would expect for an indoor kids place like this. Admission price isn't too bad (goes based on age ranges) and they seem to run deals online you can find for discounts, including a Yelp check-in offer. I like that they don't charge us adults admission for having to enter and supervise our kids. Feels really exploitative when other places do that. I'm obviously not there to play. Kids had a good solid couple hours of fun here. Some of the slides seem like they were giving the kids whiplash, but I'm sure it's good for them...Not much to speak of as far as the concessions go, but you're not really there for that anyway. They have some bouncy houses and a small zip line too. The bumper car area is small and seemed a bit like a throwaway idea. Staff seemed pretty hands off and let the kids go about their business. I will say it was hard to tell who actually worked there half the time. Seems like they do have staff shirts but they wore street clothes over it. Definitely on their phones a lot too, as working kids tend to do. The staff was completely unprofessional. Extremely bad attitudes. Used profanity around the kids not at them but around them. A parent is at the top of the slide not in the way at all, resting from playing and they make him move. I was visiting for a birthday party and bad day at work or not excuse, I won't be coming back. I will be actively steering every person away from the winston location. Might want to stay away unless you want your little ones learning four letter words that will get their mouths washed out. read more

Staffers were friendly and very aware of the surroundings which is difficult to do in this type of area filled with kids. The staff were constantly cleaning and sweeping. My daughter had a blast! Somewhere inexpensive to let your little ones run wild for a while on a rainy day! Also great for birthdays and events! I just happened to run into safari nation while visiting family and I took my 2 year old and little Cousin and they had a blast. I can tell this place is new because it's super clean...if you ask me this place is true fun...there's something for all ages...my son whose turning 3 soon was sure to attempt everything. The staff was friendly and explained everything to me clearly before we entered. All of the games worked, bathrooms were clean, and to be honest I wish they had a safari nation in DC. If you ask me I will take this place over chuckie cheese any day. I didn't get a chance to check out the snack station because there's a brand new zaxbys within walking distance that makes date night with your child that much more fun lol. Here now. What happened Safari Nation? I use to bring my kids 1-2 times a week. When summer hit I decided to divide the summer into 2 memberships between here and another indoor park. So, we're back after a month. Immediately upon coming in the employee that checked us in rolled her eyes when asked her a question. My son has gone to her several times and she ignores him. It's dirty, not as clean as it use to be. There's water or drink or maybe pee on the floor. If your employees cared more about their job than their phone we may be back. But after the eye roll, uncleanliness and lack of everything I'd drive to Greensboro before coming back here. read more

We ended up here after I realized our usual after school stop is closed on mondays. We have a membership at a nearby trampoline park but this is a close second! I like the fact that there isn't a time limit on it. Pay admission and play til your kids are tired out. I do wish there were more seating towards the front of the building. I didn't have socks with me so my access was limited in the kids areas and my son is autistic so I try to keep a closer eye on him. I don't know where to begin with this place. Employees are rude. The lady at check in seemed really annoyed that we showed up early and that my son was wearing a costume. I was very rudely asked to throw away 3 sips of coffee. We did not feel welcome here at all. I am not sure how they are legally allowed to make people sign safety waivers, with slippery linoleum flooring and socks required. They claim no outside drinks allowed because one guest snuck in alcohol and you don't want drunk people on equipment with your kids. Adults aren't allowed on the equipment, lol. You're going to punish the dozens of good people that used to be regulars because of one bad experience? Makes sense. I really cannot imagine so many people sneaking in alcohol that you can't even allow parents to bring in sippy cups for babies. Absolutely ridiculous. There is very little for kids to do here that doesn't cost extra. The Greensboro location is much better, but if it's the same owner, I won't return to that one either. We will visit one of the triad's many wonderful trampoline parks instead. read more

Awesome indoor play center. The climbing tube center is really tall and makes it exciting for all ages. Jumping onto 5 foot soft balls are challenging for all. Great food and arcade had excellent selection of games that you normally don't see at other places. Definitely recommend it to anyone on budget or is bored at home. read more

This is my favorite location of Safari Nation. My son is younger and this location has a lot for kids under 4. They have a good size play area and a bounce house. It is very bright and open. He enjoyed the main area as well. We had fun climbing and going down the slides. read more

The facility is very clean and the staff is very nice. All the arcade games and the zip line and the other attractions are really entertaining for kids and safe. However the spin zone bumper cars are unsafe for children. My 5-year-old thought that the ride was over because the songs were switching and was able to unstrap himself while the other bumper cars were moving around and the staff member did not see him and was not watching him. The car seat should not be able to be open until the bumper cars stop. He thought the ride was over because the music was transitioning from one song to another. My heart raced as I saw my 5 1/2 year old son unstrap himself and then run across from one side to the other. I yelled to the attendant and waved my hands to get her attention but she was not even looking in the direction of the ride or the children on the ride. I tried to call to my child but he could not hear me over the music and he ran across trying to dodge cars. My son ended up beside the attendant who was supposed to be watching him but was watching something else and did not even see him unstrap himself or run from one side to the other. I discussed the case with the manager who didn't have a good explanation and who tried to explain that she had never seen that done before. No other condolences were given except for a "I'm sorry that happened." She voiced no plans to try and remediate the situation which is unacceptable. We must keep our children safe and this was a near miss. I told her about the safety hazard it proposes because clearly I wasn't even aware that he was going to be able to jump out of the car seat and clearly the attendant wasn't doing her job to monitor him. I don't know what I would have done if my child had been run over by another bumper car. I am quite pissed! read more

The ONLY negative thing I would have to say, it the front gate was never closed fully/properly so I was worried my little one would make a run for it! We had such a fabulous time here today. Our kid loved it. $15 entry for the children, parents are free (bonus!). Came on a Monday that we had off from work and had the place to ourselves for about an hour. Staff says it gets busy on the weekends. So much fun stuff to do here--inflatable jumpers, air blowers for squishy balls, big slides, arcade games, mazes, etc. We met an awesome staff member--Ashlyn--who was so sweet. She gave us a ton of information about the location, party packages, and monthly memberships ($60 for unlimited access to three locations). We were very happy to spend our morning here. There were areas dedicated to 4 and under so the little kids don't get run over by bigger ones. The owner needs to hire someone to repair the broken arcade games. When I asked for a refund on the games that I lost money on, the manager would only give me tickets for the cheesy prizes you would win from the tickets you got from games. I do like all of the slides and inflatables play equipment that the kids can play on. My only beef is with the arcade games not working and no refund on the games I lost money on. read more

Went to this location and it is nothing like Greensboro. The staff are all young immature children who want to talk on there phone or play on the inflatables. They are rude and can care less about the customers. This is ran like a ghetto dump and someone needs to shut it down. Parents please pay attention to the go carts as they are not safe for young children which it states but the staff allow people to put children on them that will fall out. Not sure who the owner is but this person really need to invest in better staff for the safety of the children. I was told by a employee they only hire young people in order to pay them the lowest salary. read more

We had our son's tenth birthday party at Safari Nation Winston Salem on June 10th. From the time we arrived to the time our guests left, it was wonderful. The front office staff were very friendly and efficient and our party hostess did absolutely everything to make sure we had a great time. The party room was lovely and clean (I would advise you to see and select the party room of your choice when you book - they differ vastly in size). There's a mechanical bull, there are amazing bumper cars with lights and music, an "America Ninja Warrior" type obstacle course and the fasted slides ever. Lots of other things too. I would highly recommend this venue for a party or just a fun place to take kiddos to blow off some steam. read more

I've been here twice. We live out of town, and aren't familiar with ALL of their policy. They charge 15$ to play which is a little high. I normally wouldn't complain, but after a few kids thats $$$. This wouldnt be an issue uf we were treated respectfully . There are clear signs about outside cups...i get it. Im eure its there for a reason. However, you can bring in all the food you want. We had milk in closed containers for our little tots and when told twice they couldnt drink them VERY aggressively I was ready to go. The attendanr started bantering and hovering over us. It was almost [as a mom] I felt bullied by the attendants, which is crazy, but true. They are STICKLERS about their rules, and very rude in how they reinforce. At one point my son was told to quit hitting the arcade button because he might get hurt. Hes 4...its an arcade. It's a business, I get it, but we just paid a LOT of $ to let our kids have some fun. Parents you have to bring socks, or buy their 3$pair even of just standing closely to watch your kids. If not you can prepare to get a lashing or humiliated over the intercom system. NEVER ever giving this place the time of day. Horrible experience. read more
