No headwall flashing installed, exposed fasteners, crooked hip caps, unseamed hems... The gutters didn't work as there was an inch or more of daylight between the dripline and the gutter opening. They came back several times and completely replaced a third of the roof and attempted to adjust the gutters, but things still look pretty bad (even from the street) and the gutters essentially don't work. Eventually we just stopped hearing back. The crew that did the work were polite and efficient, but ultimately we regret hiring them for this work and I fully expect needing to replace some or all of it in the future. Having spent $16,000+ to have this work done professionally is both embarrassing and infuriating.

Foster today…read more After getting extremely faint whiffs of propane around the home I recently purchased (others couldn't smell it at all), I finally called today, simply to ask some questions about it. I am financially struggling right now, so I was hesitant to have them come out in case I was imagining it. The smell really was that faint. I spoke to Jared, asked my questions, and he picked up on how stressed out I was about it right away. He was compassionate with my situation, explained the process, what the billing would look like (less than I thought!), and explained how important it is to trust your gut when it comes to propane. So, I had them come out and I'm so glad I did. They found multiple small leaks in the line to my water heater and also discovered that the previous owners used the wrong regulator when they did a DIY conversion from an oil to a propane furnace. They do not deliver to remote areas after about 1 October. I stopped using RH because I need new 100 gallon propane tanks and theirs were twice as expensive as a competitor in Hermon.
