They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. He took my info and said he would call me, didn't even tell me that it would be a charge for fixing my items! Never called me which is 9 days later I decided to stop by and see if they were ready! Had me waiting for a long time while he went next door to the children clothing store! When he finally decided to come back to help me he was rude and was like "oh you expect me to fix this for free" making it seems like I broke the necklace when he clearly sold me a broken necklace and to make it worse I got back another necklace they switch my necklace it's not the same necklace that I bought in to get fixed this one is thinner than I originally bought and I didn't notice it until I got home because I was so furious at the way I was treated these past two times... it's not my fault your business got robbed... maybe you should have better customer service with your customers !!
