Meredith consulted with me and to my surprise she was able to recreate exactly what I wanted from a photo. She was patient with editing, resizing, and stenciling it multiple times until I was sure of the placement. I really wanted it on my foot but was worried about the pain. Meredith convinced me it would be fine, and unbelievably it did not hurt at all, owed to how good she is. It turned out way better than my expectations and I'm in love with it! The shading and lines are crisp but still have the hand-drawn effect I was looking for. I get so many compliments saying the artwork is amazing. I will definitely be back soon for the rest of my insect tattoos that I have planned!

No ego, no pressure, just real conversation and genuine interest in getting the design right. They listened carefully, asked the right questions, and fully understood the look we were going for. Greg absolutely delivered. The level of detail in the work is what really stood out, it wasn't just "good," it was precise. Every line, every shade, every element matched the original design exactly the way it was supposed to look. And somehow, he made it stand out even more on skin than it did in the reference. You would never know it was a cover-up. That alone says everything. On top of that, the pricing was very competitive for the level of talent and detail you're getting. This isn't rushed or average work, this is skilled, intentional artistry. The shop itself is spotless, calm, and comfortable. After much thought, consideration, and research I found Doug from Mile High Tattoo to do the job. After over half a dozen appointments, Doug's masterpiece on me is complete with beautiful and exotic Hawaiian flowers on each shoulder representing my family heritage, along with a badass filigree cover-up on my upper back.
