I've never had a huge problem, although I have had some minor quality issues in the past (especially when Sam does my hair). But lord, this time unacceptable, even after I requested Sam to clean my hair up a little more he left massive chunks on the sides that were unfinished and looked terrible. He didn't clean my neck up whatsoever and he looked like a begging puppy asking for a tip and remarked to "tell my buddies where I got my haircut." Well they didn't need me to tell them, they asked so they knew to avoid wherever the hell I went! $30 for a relatively boring place with lackluster barbers. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE IT IS THE WORST HAIRCUT I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. IF YOU CHOOSE TO NOT LISTEN TO ME PLEASE AT LEAST DO NOT GO TO SAM HE WILL RUIN YOUR HAIR!!!!!

But they had jumped their prices up substantially. So, I was searching for a barber or stylist 1, that didn't cost an arm & a leg, 2, had very good reviews. Hicks Manor Barber Shop met that criteria. I stopped by in the afternoon. Only had to wait about 10-12 minutes for a barber. The gentleman asked how I wanted it cut and how short. Chatted a bit while he cut my hair, pleasant conversation. Done in short order and looked great. Main test was what my wife thought. Passed with flying colors! Very happy with the finished product, the price, the time involved and , it was close to home! Added bonus! Heading back there soon for another cut.
