After looking at the reviews I decided to make an appointment with Heather and was not disappointed!! Not only is heather and all the ladies there super friendly, she took the time to find out what has been done to it in the past and from there come up with a process that will get me the color I want with no damage. Not many people in this area work with fantasy/unnatural hair colors, but Heather is the first I've been to who has done both natural and fantasy colors on me and every time does better than I had even hoped! The salon is also the best priced I've been to, what I had once been charged $500 for at another salon, Copper's did for around $150. Highly recommended!

When I arrived he was ready to go and first asked me what I was looking to have done and what style I wanted. I'll be honest that I have not had a haircut in pretty close to a year so I knew I'd need a big trim but I was a bit anxious as stylists seem to cut off more than I anticipate. I showed Kyle MULTIPLE pictures of the shape/style I wanted and specifically said I did not want my hair to have a choppy, V-shape. This is EXACTLY what I got. Immediately after leaving, I went to another hair stylist in an attempt to correct be disaster. Kyle thinned my hair so badly that the other stylist was shocked. While my hair was being colored, I was very uncomfortable because the two stylists were speaking about me in their native tongue. Even the color, which I was initially happy with, came out uneven in the back. Kyle seemed like a nice guy, but in retrospect, I should have refused to pay the $180 for this horrendous experience.
