I was so upset and embarrassed so went to Jennifer for a haircut first- while there we discussed how she would fix my hair! The next day I was in there and after a couple of hours - VOILA my hair was absolutely stunning! I had full foil highlights done- and then she applied what they call a GlaZe that was purple! The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and quick to recommend 2 of her hairdressers who are good with curly hair and I booked an appointment with Raven. On the day of my appointment I was greeted offered coffee or water and seen in a reasonable amount of time. Raven was fantastic from the scalp massage while she washed my hair all the way through the blow out at the end. She listened to my concerns and told me exactly what she wanted to do.
