If I could get there before 4pm it would be ok. I arrived at 3 pm the guys immediately went to work it was like a NASCAR team no talking each member knew their role. It was amazing to see how quickly they could remove a tire break it down seal and put the tire back on the rim. They did this six times I believe in 45 minutes It was time to pay and leave my jacks would not go up. 2 hours later after reading the manual adding hydraulic fuel by the owner and workers of the shop I was able to drive the RV home with my tires. Can I say not one time did they mentioned that they were supposed to close at 4pm. Not one time did they act unprofessional to me. They exceeded my expectation of compassion and grace. I am 54 yrs old served 28 yrs in the Army currently 2 1/2 years in public safety. I can count on my hands the 5 star service I have received in my lifetime. Today I can if you need a tire service with courtesy, professionalism, I highly recommend you give these guys a try. In my experience you will not be disappointed. Dropped off my Jeep Wrangler on or around February 19 for service and handed the keys to the shop…read moreafter parking directly in front. At the time, my vehicle had a custom engraved bullet antenna installed valued around $200-$300. When I picked the vehicle up later the same day, the antenna was gone. After reviewing my dash cam footage, it clearly shows the antenna on the vehicle when I left my residence and drove directly to the shop. After leaving the shop, I stopped at a car wash where their entry photos show the antenna was already missing. I contacted the shop to try to resolve the issue, but was told their security footage does not go back far enough and they declined responsibility. I'm not accusing anyone directly, but the antenna disappeared while the vehicle was in their possession. Just sharing my experience for transparency so other customers are aware.
