    On time. Fair price - had the same thing fixed 2 years ago cost 20% more (by some one else) and obviously did not last.

Vlad responded in less than five minutes and was even willing to come out and help me the same day. Before scheduling a service call, I asked him if he thought leaving the dryer unplugged for a while might help. Instead of trying to sell me a service visit, he was completely honest and said it actually might fix the problem. I left it unplugged for about 20 minutes, plugged it back in, and the error message disappeared. The dryer has been working perfectly since. I'm leaving a five-star review for several reasons. In this day and age, it often feels like customer service isn't what it used to be. The fact that someone took the time to respond to me on a Saturday--when he was likely home with his family--and genuinely tried to help without immediately charging me says a lot about his character and his business. I also want to mention that the diagnostic fee he quoted was very reasonable, which made me feel even more confident that I was dealing with an honest company. Thank you, Vlad! You've earned a customer for life, and I'll absolutely be recommending you and your company to my friends and family.

I would give him a 5 star review personally. Today I requested another service for the same issue. I asked if they could come today I received some text messages back and forth. I tried to call no answer, so I sent another text. The reply was asking me kindly to wait. I waited 2 hours only to be informed they could not come for 3 days. I wish they had said that sooner as now it's 1:30 and I am scrambling to get someone out today, I don't appreciate the wasting of my time as I let them know 2 hours ago I prefer to have service today as it is my day off. Not ok to say your repair man is off tomorrow so he can come Thursday after making me wait 2 hours for a reply. (apparently there is only 1 repair person) Value, I will have to let you know. If I have to fix the same issue twice I will be reporting back. Also the fact that they were just here Nov 26 it's March 4th I feel like a return service should be a priority.

    This has been a year of curious beeps in my house (first world problems!). This was one that didn't…read moreinvolve ripping wires out of the wall. I was awakened by a series of beeps with an error code F16 coming from my 5 year old range. Why in the middle of the night? I wasn't even using it! So I flipped the breaker off and in the morning started calling appliances repair companies. Ori at Appliance Champ was the only one to not only reply promptly, but present a fair diagnostic fee and appointment time. He was polite and very meticulous about solving the problem. He promptly picked up parts and came back to my house. Watching him work showed that he took the job very seriously. Ultimately, the replacement part didn't work because of the discontinued product line where an old part won't talk to the new one, unless you replace both ($$) but oddly enough the beeps stopped. He thought perhaps unplugging and re-plugging everything, cleaning the connections, etc solved it or at least will hold it over a bit longer. Well it lasted 5 more months! In that time I could research new ranges and find a deal! He was very helpful and I recommend him to my neighbors whenever people have appliance issues.
