We were having problems with our GE French Door Refrigerator/Freezer Model GSS25IYNPHFS. It was maintaining the correct temperatures but it was building up Frost and the ice that was made was melting and sticking together. There was a lot of moisture inside the freezer. I had already had one local repairman from Cooper City come in and he took apart the ice maker, said water flow was too strong to the unit, added some silver tape, put it back and charged us and said give it a week and call back if it was the same. Well, in 2 days it was the same and I called back but after making an appointment and missing it and never called back. The guy didn't know what he was doing. So, I looked up reviews in Yelp and saw that IFixExpress had numerous excellent reviews I called to schedule a visit. Andrew, the owner, answered the call. I explained the situation. He made an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and began to work. He checked to ensure there was not warm air getting into the freezer from seals or the ice dispenser door. All was good. He then systematically check out all other possibilities and discovered that the Defrost Thermostat was working but instead of turning on and off as designed it was working continuously which was creating our problems. He had the part in his truck, replaced it, put all the parts he removed to get to it, cleaned up and charged a reasonable amount for the visit, part, and labor. From theat point forward, no more frost, water inside the freezer, and ice that freezes together in large chunks. We are very happy with IFixExpress and Andrew. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and charged a very reasonable price. Will call them again for any appliance issues we have. read more

Excellent work! I used this company to fix my KitchenAid dishwasher last month. It was $80 for the service call and they rolled that into the price of the work to repair the heater and another part. In the end the dishwasher is working good and the price was not cheap but much better than buying a new dishwasher. The two men showed up on time and worked hard to find a solution to the problem. My dishwasher was not heating the water on Christmas Day so I hopped on yelp to try to find someone. iFixExpress messaged me back almost immediately and scheduled me for Monday morning. The technician arrived earlier than the schedule appointment and fixed the dishwasher. We also then remembered the stovetop was also having issues and he fixed that too. I'm very happy with the responsiveness and quick scheduling to get my appliances repaired so I can not do my dishes by hand. I would highly recommend them. Price also was very reasonable. So glad I called these guys. Chris and Andrew came to fix my dishwasher which hadn't been getting dishes clean. They started looking at the simple things but were determined to find the problem so they kept at it, even pulling the dishwasher out and turning it on its side. It needed a new motherboard so they drove, right then, to the warehouse, got the part and came back within an hour. Then it needed a new wire and they again drove to get the part and returned to install it. No waiting, no "we have to order a part", it was just, "get the job done" for them. Super! So far we have had one experience with Andrew who came basically exactly on time which is very appreciated to fix my mother/grandmother's freezer which has been acting oddly. He was due at 9:30 and I think I heard his car maybe 9:27 pulling in. (Why can't more people be like that?) He was very professional and very clear on what he thought was likely wrong and was very clear on everything he was doing and what possible next steps. I really appreciate that. I called and they told me cost to visit was 80 dólares. And this can be used for repair. So they came and fix my dishwasher pump drain and for my surprise they charged me 125 dólares. They said 80 just come ... but when he talks to me at phone was not this. I paid because I am honest. For sure never will call them again read more

I called in the morning and Danny said he would be to my house by 12. He was early and called ahead. My dryer stopped working the night before. He came in and diagnosed the problem right away. It needed a new computer board, but due to the pandemic no one had it in stock . He said let me go to my truck and fix this one. And to my surprise he did!
