(And I'm kind of a good judge of character) Extremely 'human', helpful, and just gives off a vibe of sincerity. (Sincere sincerity, not fake corporate manufactured 'sincerity') Honest, fast service. Didn't nickel and dime me.... (I haven't had any major repairs there, but my gauge is that this guy knows what he's doing. The gentleman that was in front of me seemed shocked that he was being charged so little. He even said, "Are you sure?" (Wow...) ) I felt like a person and not a walking wallet. This is a really big deal to me, and this is the kind of energy and integrity I want to support. This is a zero frills shop run by a real live human being who will treat you like you're one, too.

If it is remotely complicated they immediately go worst case scenario instead of truly diagnosing the problem. Not only that they charge a fee to diagnose the issue which was interesting to say the least. I won't be back and would not recommend for anything more than an oil change.
