I was selling my used car and went there to have detailing done. They did a great job and my car sold in a day.

The mechanics here have given us assessments of what our car needs in order to keep it well maintained. The prices are fair and competitive. Be sure to call ahead for an appointment as their schedule does fill up. With regard to the tires, I appreciate that I was presented an estimate with more than one option, as I was seeking a tires with better longevity than the ones I had in the past. I also appreciate that Dillon pointed out at my inspection that one the struts was starting to leak and needed replacing soon and I mentioned my desire to replace the tires before winter. He took the time to discuss with me that it is better for the life of the struts and the wear of any new tires to do these at the same time (or in close proximity). I present this as an example because I believe the team to be upfront with their customers about future needs so that they may plan their budget accordingly.

Also PJ wanted $1000 to pass inspection for a fog light (that only needed rewired), he claimed Hyundai price was 890 +labor, called Seidel Hyundai......it was 490. Called several garages and twsp police. Fog light not essential for inspection. Oil leak is a valve cover gasket and wrong washer type on oil plug. I will never go there again.

You get what you pay for and it seems family and friends are the ones leaving the good reviews. I used this company to tow my car a short distance to a local dealership. Upon arrival, I noticed their was something wrong. Turns out, the incompetent tow truck driver thought a tie rod was a good place to tie the car down. As you can imagine, the tie rod was no match for that sort of force. After speaking to the owner, he assured me HE would be the only one from there on out to touch the car and he would personally pick it up and fix it. What a lie that was. After I dropped the keys off at the shop, the same two people that damaged my car left in the tow truck. I had a suspicion they were going to go get my car so I went to the dealership and sure enough, they were there driving around the lot looking for my car. So much for the owner picking it up. I do appreciate the owner taking liability for the damage. The company fixed the tie rod and did an alignment free of charge. What I don't appreciate is the lies and the fact not one person associated with this company apologized for the damage and inconvenience caused. I figured a refund would be issued for the tow but nothing was ever offered. While the tie rod was fixed, there is no telling how much stress was placed on the power steering rack. If a month from now it goes bad, I'll be on the hook for a repair that was caused by something they messed up. My question for the owner. If your employees mess something up as simple as towing a car, how do you expect people to feel comfortable with them doing repairs on their vehicles? My advice. Either properly train your guys on towing or hire someone that already has experience doing it. Also, customer service goes a long way. If you mess something up, you need to realize it's a bigger inconvenience for the customer than it is you. Your brother at the shop didn't seem to interested in helping me when I was trying to find someone to drop my keys off with. Overall, the experience with your company has been down right terrible. Hopefully my reviews will at least make another potential customer reconsider using your business.
