E brake still doesn't work lights still up on the dash, buttons that worked before no longer work now. & then on top of the charge extra for parts that were stolen when it was in the possession don't trust this shop especially the employees&their prices or their work.

Croft's pinpointed the issue right away and fixed it when Pepboys couldnt. Ever since then, I now go to Crofts for the yearly inspection and when I recently purchased a Used car, I had Crofts look at it for an inspection. It seemed like Croft knew my car inside and outside. With regard to the tires, I appreciate that I was presented an estimate with more than one option, as I was seeking a tires with better longevity than the ones I had in the past. I also appreciate that Dillon pointed out at my inspection that one the struts was starting to leak and needed replacing soon and I mentioned my desire to replace the tires before winter. He took the time to discuss with me that it is better for the life of the struts and the wear of any new tires to do these at the same time (or in close proximity). I present this as an example because I believe the team to be upfront with their customers about future needs so that they may plan their budget accordingly.

It left me extremely suspicious of their expertise, but after having work done on my tie rods, I took the car to them for a simple balance and rotation. It wasn't until AFTER they had completed the job that they called me and said I would need brand new tires if I wanted to pass inspection, so I had to buy brand new tires. Instead of giving me the chance to get new tires and THEN perform the balance and rotation, they did the job anyway so I had to pay for the job to be done twice in the same week. Then after being promised I'd pass inspection because of the new tires, they failed me on inspection anyway, forced me to have more work done on my car, then failed it again. I called the garage that did the repairs they told me had to be done and they said they did the work up to state standards and there is absolutely no reason my car would fail. He actually recommended I get a sheriff involved because I was being robbed. I will never trust them again. if you want to waste money on your car, take it to Dulins because they will make sure your money is wasted.
