I've been looking for a new nail salon since we recently moved to the area - and this is not it. The technician who waxed my eyebrows seemed very annoyed that I was interrupting her day for a wax. She then proceeded to rush through the wax, roughly and painfully ripping the wax strips off of my skin. She didn't even take the time to shape or pluck. The process took all of two minutes. I'm glad that I didn't have any spare tip money. For someone who's been getting her brows waxed for years, this was just a less than desirable experience. read more

Eden's Nails is clean and offers ok customer service. The prices are average to high; however, they do a good job on your nails and make sure they look natural and not too thick (Depending on who you get, as I've been disappointed before). They will also correct botched jobs from other nail salons. Appointments are recommended but not required. I suggest making one; I haven't been back since my mom and I drove all the way out there at 10 am and they asked us to come back at 4:30. I have been coming here for 2 years. I live about an hour away but will always come here for my nail care. They are clean, friendly, and pretty accommodating. I always schedule my appointments in advance since they are busy and book up fast. Tammy (the owner) does my nails. She is very sweet. I get gels put on my real nails. I typically ask for a French and instead of pink and white gels which are significantly more, she told me to just do pink and she'd paint the white on, which would save me money. It's not to often you find that. Danny Does my pedicures and never rushes. He is very meticulous with everything from filing to the massage (which is really the only reason I get pedicures anyway). My piggies always look perfect. I would suggest Eden Nails to anyone. It is hands down the cleanest, friendliest, and best quality nail salon I have ever come across. read more

I completely agree with the first reviewer. Eden Nails is a very clean and very friendly establishment. I've been coming here for a couple of years and it is great. I previously had pink and white gel nails which became infected. Tammy gently removed the nails and helped me get my natural nails in tip top shape. Wonderful gel manicure. I recently went to a salon that applied acrylics and gel way too thick, and eden nails completely fixed and cleaned them up for me. The staff is very friendly and talkative. My only complaint is a slight space of nail was left between the cuticle and the polish. Overall I will be making this place my go-to salon. Note that tips must be paid in cash. read more

Eden is wonderful! I am picky about the cleanliness and smell of nail salons. Eden is always clean and well maintained. Chris and Theresa are excellent as are the other nail techs who I have gone to on occasion when I didn't make an appointment. Also, appointment times are met which isn't always the case at other nail salons. Lastly, as a regular customer I made appointments for around 10 people for my wedding. The appointments ranged from refills, manis, pedis, wax and a combination of treatments. We were even allowed to bring in our own beverages and snacks and set it up on one of the side tables. My Maid of honor brought hot pink champagne glasses to drink out of and it was adorable and a great time! We were taking pictures and talking and the Eden staff was so happy to have us! I had a nice first experience at Eden Nails. The staff is friendly and polite. My mani pedi looks great and the massage was enjoyable. They gave me a leg massage and hot stone rub during the pedi and I shoulder massage with the mani. They sanitized the pedi bowl as soon as I was done and used a fresh packet of sanitized tools when we started. Edit: After I left I noticed a couple of my nails weren't shaped properly. The pedicure didn't last as long as it does when I go to my regular place. Overall I had a good experience but I will stick with my favorite place for now. read more

I'm new to the area and was looking for a new place- thought I'd give it a try. I went there with an open mind, given the reviews seemed decent. Wasn't as clean as I thought. My technician zipped through the pedi and almost seemed annoyed at doing my pedi. Hot water almost burnt my feet, but they quickly fixed. I cut my nails prior to going since almost every place I go these days cuts them like stubs (I just prefer a certain length), yet still she cut them again at angles on either side of the nail. I pay for a service and get my nails done for the experience and to avoid doing them myself, but would not choose this place again if I had an option. $33 including tip. read more

I would like to respond to the post from Kaitlyn F, dated July 16, 2016. In my experience, Eden nails has always been able to accommodate my requests even if the technician did not necessarily understand what i was asking initially. If you tell them your concern they will fix the problem immediately. With regards to the music, I find it much more relaxing than loud TVs, very loud doors chiming, and a loud salon phone ringing like other salons in the area. As for colors, i always find the perfect color there and lots of people always ask me what I am wearing. I would recommend Eden to anyone!! read more

The technicians are all very nice. The young girl who did my nails filed my left hand completely crooked and tried to fix it for me after I told her, but she didn't understand and I had to go home and do it myself. This is my first gel manicure from here so I will update how long it lasts for me. Many gel manicures only stay on my nails for a week so we'll see. $25 for a gel manicure is a good price but $12 for polish on my toes seemed like a lot. Not a huge color selection. The music they play is supposed to be calming but it got on my nerves after an hour. Overall, a pretty good experience. Update: It's been over 2 weeks since I had my gel manicure from here & it lasted pretty well, it did start chipping & cracking at about a week and a half but it stayed on longer than most gel manicures do, so that's a good thing read more

I came here on a rainy afternoon during the week, and there was no wait. I was immediately impressed by the salon, it is very tastefully decorated, not overdone. Most importantly, it was spotlessly clean! All of the tools they used in my manicure/pedicure were sterilized, opening the packs right in front of me. Both the manicure and pedicure were wonderful--hot stone massage for feet and calves, lovely warming mitts for your hands, a warm bean neck pillow and massage. It was amazing. My hands and feet are still looking beautiful, almost a week later (I am very hard on my hands, and this is the longest I've gone without my nails chipping!) The value for the price cannot be beat. I've had pink & white acrylic nails for years... I have really struggled to find a salon I really like but today I found it. Tammy took off my acrylics and replaced them with pink & white gel - they look and feel amazing, for the first time ever I don't feel like I am wearing anything. I am totally impressed. I also had a pedicure which was fabulous as well and had my eyebrows done . Everything was perfect. I've tried this place twice now because it's close to where I work out. The first time I had the older man give me a pedicure, it was horrible. The girl doing my nails fixed it so I let it go. My daughter and I tried again this past weekend and this time my daughter had him for her manicure....it was bad. He probably should not be working on customers. My manicure was fine although I'm only on day 2 and it's starting to chip. It's a shame because the inside is clean and the staff is friendly but I probably will not return. read more

This place is absolutely chaotic. The employee turnover ratio is ridiculous. I been going here for years and I see new employees left and right. In the last few years I been going here I had to change my nail tech from Tammy to Vinny to Danny or Tara. I can't even get my pedicures done by Linda anymore. None of these people work here anymore! It's like they're getting rid of the experience people and leaving all the "crappy" ones. However, I found out that Danny works for the nail salon at providence town center. I used to love going here because the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the store but now I feel they are out for your money. Pedicures aren't as thorough and my gel nails look sloppy. One of the most clean and friendly nail salons I have been to in a long time! All of the ladies were extremely nice to us from the moment we walked in the door. Service was speedy, yet efficient. Tammy was by far the best technician and Danny was also great but never was there! Then Tara came and was she RUDE but overall she was good at what she did, loved my pink and white gels from her. Now onto the newer owners, they messed up me and my friend's appointment times and we had to wait 30-45 minutes! They must be short handed since there's a high school girl working there! And when I finally got into a chair the guy who's now the manger totally screwed up my pink and whites!!! And the shorter lady did my friend's gel polish and got all on her cuticles, which peeled off two days later. Poor selection of gel color One lady was so rude she kept yelling everything (couldnt speak english like its my fault ) and was so ruff with all the nail equipment. On top of that the gel manicure was so sloppy, its no where even close to my cudical area! How can you fowl up a simple french tip. If she was so miserable or tierd of working why didnt she just have someone else do my nails instead of being so rude & unprofessional. These people shouldnt own a buisiness. Maybe they should go back to there country where this kind of behavior is normal. On top of that they wait until im done to tell me they dont take credit card because theyre out of paper & tell me all neighboring busnesses are out of cash & then doesnt bother to answer me when i ask her for the fifth time how am I supposed to pay you. (am i suppose to make cash appear out of thin air.) I then tell her and the other lady im going to get cash down the street at the ATM. Next thing you know theirs 2 Asians yelling & causing a scene for 5 min in front of my car in the parking lot infront of a bunch of parents and their kids like im trying to skip out on the bill! I'm not entirely sure why you would say you are open until 7pm and then give me an attitude during my visit. I walked in at 10 of 6. You rushed me through my services. During that time I had to listen to vacuums all around me. Perhaps I wouldn't have been so unhappy with my visit but then you were hurting me as you rushed to finish. I had to have my pedicure done while you were doing my nails. After I repeatedly said I would come back a other day for my nails. Both services were rushed and not done properly. This is a clean spa. Some do a great job - so if you get the right person, you will have great nails.But there are others who really can't do pink and white - so just be careful.
