Even when the woman interrupted our session, Lisa was a pro and handled the situation with impressive grace, allowing the woman to keep her dignity. The shop is small but clean, welcoming and well organized. Shelves along the wall and counter space are stocked with unique cosmetics and upscale skin care items. I wouldn't bring a small child in here, as the liklihood of grabbing everything in sight is high. LBASS offers facials, all types of waxing services, makeup application and more. Prices are competitive; my brows were shaped for less than $20, which I consider perfect. They also offer a punch card for brow waxing, fill it up and get a free one. Not to start, but to actually even be there. Fortunately this go-round was only ~5 minutes, whereas last time I called multiple times to no answer and waited for nearly 20 minutes. I opted to give Swift another go because of proximity to home and she did a good job last time, but the ol' fool me once rule is at play here and I don't think I'll be returning. She's a perfectly lovely individual and the wax is probably a 4 star experience, but not being able to count on her being there on time is a deal breaker for me.
