I love coming to this restaurant! It's like eating a homemade meal every time! They also sell unique coke flavors.

This quality was echoed in the thoughtfully designed space. There was an effortless energy to the room--a seamless blend of comfort and character that made the entire experience feel both special and completely unpretentious. The food was amazing.

Sourdough bread and all the pastries are phenomenal!

Wow! Who would've thought that single handedly best Ukrainian food I had in the States would be found in Sheridan, Wyoming. Olha and her crew are wonderful. A proper family business that not only brings you best homemade Ukrainian cuisine, pastries, cured meats and bread but also delivers on the portions. They are huge and boy are they delicious. we had a large group during the conference in town and Olha, her husband, niece and the whole team treated us royally. All I can say is that one of the guys in our group, literally said that he hasn't tasted such wonderful meal for over 40 years. Tasted just like his grandmother's cooking. When in town, definitely give this place a visit. It's a staple!

Delicious food- large cinnamon rolls straight out of the oven. Delicious quiche, huge breakfast sandwiches. Definitely a treat!

    Lots of delicious pastry options!

This place is a lovely addition to Sheridan Wy! My husband and I split the Ukrainian lunch special and the cream cheese bun. The food was tasty and the portions were quite large! They had a nice pastry case with many different delicacies!

Combo plate featuring cabbage rolls, mushroom gravy, Italian sausage & grilled vegetables!

We have heard so many good reviews about this place, we had to check it out! Boy, was it good!! Choose from a variety of Ukrainian delicacies and make a combo or try the made to order pierogis! Either way it's a home run! We are looking forward to trying everything on the menu! Customer service was a 10! Very friendly and welcoming! We hope these folk are wildly successful and they are here for years to come!

Good food and great selection. Really liked the chicken crepes and the not so sour saurkraut.

Food is great. Fresh vegetables and the portions of meat was great. Seemed like genuine Eastern European food.

Bought a cinnamon roll this morning and was disappointed. It was stale and probably a couple of days old.

A great stop for lunch headed to or from South Dakota. It's a tourist gift shop meets diner, and my…read moreexpectations were low, but guess what - the Indian Fry Bread Taco works! It's a big order - the size and shape of a pizza, and less like a taco. Don't mistake it for an authentic Mexican dish. Fry bread meets basic taco - but a fun comfort dish. The Buffalo cheeseburger was good with fresh ingredients but the taco is the reason to stop. Service was super friendly- really nice people.

After eating two thoroughly mediocre Indian Tacos in the past couple of days, I was excited seeing…read morethe signs advertising the Indian Taco at Custer Battlefield Trading Post Cafe as being the best in the west. As I walked in, I saw posters stating that this restaurant was recommended by Oprah herself. Very promising! Frybread with Honey ($8.99) - The frybread here is fantastic! As with most frybreads, it's a plate-sized frisbee of fried dough, although irregular in thickness and leavening. Some areas have the chew and puff like a doughnut, while other areas are almost completely hollow almost like pita bread. The frybread is crisp on outside without being overly greasy. It goes so well with the honey they provide in a squeeze bottle delivered to your table. I would eat this as-is again and again. (5/5) Indian Taco ($14.95) - Now, take the excellent frybread and use it as a base to ladle on seasoned ground beef with beans, chopped romaine lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomato, and black olives. Instead of dousing the top with salsa (might be pico since it's quite thick and not runny at all), it's thoughtfully served in a cup on the side so you can dress the salad to your liking. I actually preferred it this way as I found the salsa to be very salty. The dish also comes with a packet of sour cream on the side. I found the beef to be ground a little too well. Instead of a traditional ground beef texture, it kind of felt like frozen burrito-style extruded beef. Not the best texture, but I guess more authentic? (4/5) One of the issues we found was with the cups and silverware - both smelled kind of musty, like they weren't properly dried. I guess just don't sniff them and you'll be fine? Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the food served at Trading Post Cafe. I definitely recommend the frybread if you're visiting Little Bighorn Bathrooms: At least one individual unisex room in the store
