Food is filling and tasty for the price. Definitely a new flavor they're bringing to Boston. And with anything new, you're gonna either love it or hate it depending on your flavor preferences. The burrito was a tasty meal. We also got the egg rolls and bacon rice balls which were great for first trying but personally don't think it's worth the $5 for me. I'd rather have gotten something else off the main course menu. The burritos weren't as salty or wet as my Brain was expecting from eating traditional Mexican burritos. It was nice to taste some Korean style flavors inside a burrito form. I'd probably order for something fast to go or on the way. It's definitely not a formal, Americanized restaurant environment which you should consider when deciding what kinda dine in experience you're in the mood for. Super cute! Lol i went here because of the cute bunny but the foods are actually really good though. Would try everything here since the Korean fusions was too good to miss out on! Ordered delivery. Was really excited by the menu but thought the food sounded better than it tasted. I got the kimchi friend rice burrito which lacked any specific taste and the ramen fries which were too salty for my taste. I am a Korean-American, but having been raised on Korean food at home I am particular about the taste, it's pairings and method of eating. Throw all of that out and start anew at Olitoki! Because, it works! I had the vegetarian kimchi fried-rice burrito. The Korean taste is there in the sourness crunch of the kimchi but it's presented in a tortilla with a delicious creamy hot sauce that just brings everything together. This place is pretty small. I think most people come here and do take-out. The idea of combining Korean and Mexican food is interesting. I like the food here in general. The kimchi rice quesadilla is pretty good. The tots with BBQ beef is too big as a meal. It's just too greasy. Probably half of the size is enough for a snack. read more

Hm, I'm surprised that this has 4.5 stars. I had pretty high expectations after seeing the positive reviews on Yelp, and plus Mexican and Korean are two of my favorite foods! Maybe we had ordered the wrong thing, but I had the bowl and my friend had the burrito. The bowl basically was just bibimbap but without the fried egg.. Which is the usually the best part of bibimbap. The burrito was a lot better, but maybe we ordered the wrong things. Will definitely go back and try some of the other things mentioned in reviews but from my most recent visit I think three stars is a fair score. read more

Funky new Ko-Mex spot with a chill boba cafe vibe but with some serious eats. Could totally order "tapas" style and share or go full-on beastmode with a burrito to the face. Clean open kitchen (you can see them making your food) and friendly owner were a plus. Wouldn't be surprised to see copycats but seems these guys have made their mark as the pioneers. read more

What? These glowing reviews are confusing. I was pumped to try this place, but it was terrible. I got the bowl with tofu, and it was nothing but bland. The fried tofu was dried out and the bowl was pretty much just a bed of white rice, red cabbage, dry tofu, and a small pile of lackluster pickled veggies. There may have been a touch of sesame oil on it. I don't think all the tamari and sriracha in the would could have redeemed this blah experience. read more

OliToki is so solid and reliable. Last night I ordered a burrito-rean, a side of kimchi fried rice balls and a drink for the GOT finale. The delivery driver (guessing outside company) forgot my drink, told me to call them and when I did someone from the restaurant was outside my door in 10 minutes with my drink and a free extra side of dumplings. It's nice having a place actually care about the food and the customer service, especially in Allston. Spend your money here. read more

The pork tacos are pretty good, their spam musubi is good but they gave me way too much rice! They need to work on their proportion. Fried rice balls are just okay. Nothing special. The tator tots were good though, and you can add meat to them. This place really is just okay, nothing stand out that makes me wanting to return. The idea of a Korean-Mexican fusion joint is nice; for me, anything Korean and anything Mexican is a yes, so I thought fusing them together would be great! I got the bulgogi tacos and the totchos. Flavor wise, the tacos were meh, that's where the star came out of; all I tasted was sweet bulgogi sauce. It's what you would expect out of a bulgogi taco! But I was underwhelmed by it. I like tacos with more flavor profile (salty, spicy, sweet mango salsa, pickled lettuce), so just bulgogi sweet didn't excite me. The totchos were delicious! If I ever wanted tater tots, I'd come here for the totchos, layered with cheese and kimchi and bulgogi. But besides that, idk if I'd come back for tacos...id rather stick with just Korean and just Mexican. read more

I've tried just about everything on their menu and i can say that everything is tasty. my favorite is hands down- the rice bowl! it's truly an inventive and delicious gastro treat. i always get avocado and an egg on top. reasons why i love the rice bowl: generous portions variety of toppings (this is so key!) hello- fried kimchi rice great price overall presentation (it's just nice when there's thought put into the little details). my other favorites are the spam musubi, the bone in wings and the totchos! also, i love that they offer macarons from MayFlour Sweets, which are always perfectly well-made and yummy with just the right amount of sweetness. my fiance and i come here usually once a week. we are super excited for their YOLO corner coming up :) read more

Extremely greasy. Totchos with fried tofu are a great vegetarian alternative to a Big Mac for the hungover college students. Tots, cheese, kimchi, fried tofu and because that's not greasy enough on its own, they add some mayo drizzled on top. Two of us could not finish one serving. The fusion tacos were decent. Not quite as greasy as the totchos. Overall it's a good deal if you're looking for a quick fast food dinner. None of the flavors were so amazing that I'd highly recommend it for the taste alone, but everything we tried was fine to good. I'll visit again. read more

Best new resto in Boston! We went in for their soft opening. (A Sunday night) The three owners were working and killing it. I had the packed bowl w spicy pork and both my friends had the fat burritorean w bulgogi beef. I left w half my bowl as leftovers - so much food! We tried the bacon kimchi fried rice balls (similar to arancini but WAY more flavor). Perfectly crunchy w sriracha aioli and a spicy Korean sauce. We were so excited about everything and chatting w the friendly owners about this new venture. We ended up trying a taro macaron (amazing), gim mari (deep fried seaweed wrapped vermicelli noodles), and spam masubi (!!!!). We're dying to come back! Good prices. Small seating area (~10 seats). It's my first time trying a mexican-korean fusion. I would say to just stick with one or the other. The food here is very americanized (the fact that there is cheese makes the mexican aspect americanized). I also wished, that there were more stuff inside the tacos. I felt very heavy after eating the food (it's very fried and greasy), which is the kind of feeling I get after eating burger and fries. The places is also very small. There was only one 4 seated table and the rest are 2-seaters. I also wish they had more options on their menu. On the bright side, their tortilla tasted very authentic and the prices are great! There were four of us, and we all shared the totchos and the 4 fried kimchi balls (we ended up paying $3 each for trying two appetizers). The portions were very good (I had leftovers left for dinner). I would say try it, but I think I'll personally stick with just korean or just mexican ;) read more

Absolutely delicious fusion of Mexican and Korean flavors---got the bulgogi burrito, the bulgogi rolls, the fried kimchi rice balls, and the olitoki wings. Of these, the bulgogi rolls were the only thing I feel could be left out of the next order, but were still quite good. Everything else was just awesome. The flavors here are all intense and complex---food arrived quickly and considering what we ordered (delivery burritos can be hit or miss), in excellent shape.
