So many olive oil and vinegarette variations! Cute little place in downtown South Haven. The two ladies were so helpful and nice! We were greeted as we came in and they let us know about their Easter egg specials for discounts on their products. Just like a wine tasting at a winery, one can sample the olive oil and vinaigrette variety here. They have small sample cups available for each variety. I love me some good olive oil to dip in some good bread and Parmesan cheese. I came across their slow roasted garlic olive oil and had to buy it. Love that garlic smell. It was originally $30 for 500 ml but with discount came out to $25. Overall, service was great, I felt welcomed and product was top notch. Would come back again! read more

Olive Cart was a fun experience for all of us on a weekend getaway to MI! Unlimited samples of oil, vinegar, olives and spices - yes! COVID vigilance with individually packaged samples. I went with the white peach balsamic - no sugar in it at all yet so sweet and the garlic balsamic - literally delicious on its own as a dressing. I wish there was a store in Chicago! read more

Great specialty food shop. Loved that you sample practically everything! Tons of flavors of olive oil but my favorite was flavored cream cheese spread and topped with one of their glazes. I chose the habanero heat flavor packet (you mix into cream cheese) and topped with their cherry chianti balsamic glaze. The flavors were just stupendous! I also really appreciate that the flavor packets are not single use. You only use 1.5 tablespoons per 8oz of cream cheese and they give lots in each packet (resealable). As an added bonus, after I had made my selection and was checking out, the woman waiting on me, gave me a tip that even better than using my two items as a dip, was to mix up some of the cream cheese, slice a chicken breast and smear the flavored cream cheese inside, grill it up and then top with the glaze! I haven't tried it yet but I can't wait to. It's gonna be gooood! read more

I have never been to this store, but a friend told me about it so I checked it out online. They have an amazing array of items for sale and at decent prices. Another oil store in my area is very pricey, but Olive Cart is reasonably priced. I have ordered several different items from them, including pastas, pasta sauce, flavored oils, soup and meal makers, Cajun and Mexican spice mixes, etc. One of the best things I've found and highly recommend is the "weighted pour spout" for the oil bottle--this thing is great with no drips down the side of the bottle--I bought a second one in a recent order. read more

Holy oils and spices shop! The staff here are super friendly and helpful! They are eager to let you try all sorts of flavors that aren't out or open, and it works! We left with bottles of spices, oils, dry rubs, seasoning. The oils have options that are mixed with many other different flavors ready to taste. Lemon, habanero, bacon, mustard, lots of options for salad vinaigrette, spice cream, BBQ sauce, mustard, it's just a lot of options for your food. I love this store! read more

This little shop reminds me of an olive oil shop we had in Chicago. The walls are lined with different flavored oils and vinegars to try. The sell tons of dips and olives too. It's a great shop to stop in for a gift or a sample. They also have other kitchen type gifts like salad dressings mixers and such. Olive Cart not only has excellent customer service, but an awesome selection of flavored balsamic vinegars and (of course) olive oils. Most of the vinegars and oils are lined up in cans around 2 of the walls, with a few stations in the middle of the floor, and there are plenty of mini cups for tasting. On the other wall are spice mixes, which they have a few samples of out as well. I recommend at least trying the watermelon balsamic, which sounds repulsive, but is actually quite tasty. Per the guy helping us, it goes great in lemonade, which I can't even imagine! In fact, if you want recommendations for any sort of combination, don't hesitate to ask because they will make sure to find something your taste buds will enjoy! read more

They even show you how to mix different ones to create different flavors. They have all kinds of different dips. They have pocketed this and pocketed that. What a variety. I loooove this place. My husband and I discovered their location in St. Joseph a couple of years ago, and now it is a must-visit destination every time we are in SW Michigan. They have an incredible selection of oil and balsamic vinegar, all of which you can try. You may not know where to start, but their friendly staff (including the owner!) are always very helpful about mixing up new and delicious recommendations. They also carry a mixture of salsas, glazes, jams, and more, with samples out for you to try. Every time we go we spend more than we anticipated, but we love their items so much that we are always desperate to re-stock. We definitely recommend a visit, your salads, pasta, meats and more will be so much better after you do! read more

I sure do love olives. Today was my first time visiting store. I had intentions of coming back multiple times, until checkout. Woman before me was purchasing about same amount of products as me. She proceeded to pay with card. She was then offered a punch card for future visits to get some kind of free product after x amount of punches. She respectfully declined cuz did not live in the area. She did accept on behalf of her daughter though, she did live the area. Now its my turn to pay. I also pay with card. I was asked to verify identification. I am totally ok with this, but do not recall woman in front of me having to show identification. I was not offered a punch card, and I do live 20 minutes away.
