The one I selected for my own mother is terrifically disappointing, and I feel terrible bringing it to her in person. This has happened the past couple of years when ordering online from them, and it has become a continually disappointing experience. Where is the variation I paid for? The gentle colors? I can't believe I paid close to $200 for this. I would rationalize and tell myself it's because it's mothers day or because it's a last minute order, but the smaller boquet is lovely.... so what happened with the bigger one?

The day of the wedding we walked into the venue and the most hideous bouquets for the girls where sitting there waiting for the brides maid and flower girls. The owner said she decided to change the bouquet for us she thought it looked prettier. You be the judge. I left a bad review on Yelp, the owner called and wanted the bad review removed. We wouldn't remove it. I recently looked on yelp to see their reviews, and my review was take off. The shop's refrigerator wasn't stocked with tons of flowers like many other florists I been to in the past. There were carnations to the left of me when I walked in, some lilies on the counter and some hydrangeas on the floor behind the counter but I didn't notice any roses. Would I shop here again?
