If I could give this store 10 stars I would! I have shopped here over the years and today brought 5 friends with me. We had fun talking to the owners, Dave and Crystal about their store. We enjoyed sampling the olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Dave and Crystal are so knowledgeable about their products. They have the best olive oils from around the world. They helped us with delicious pairings of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Not only did they help us select our favorite options within the store, but they also guided us on the best way to identity a quality olive oil while grocery chopping. 70% of olive oils in stores are not even really for human consumption! They had some gift packages already put together that were available for purchase. We all bought some great oils and vinegars for ourselves and for gifts. I ended up buying 2 different olive oils, balsamic vinegars for us and gifts, truffle olive oil and truffle salt, and olive body lotion. We had the best time and will definitely be back soon! Oh and be sure and get a truffle popcorn sample, it is so good! read more

The tuscan herb oil is amazing as is their rosemary ( I plan to try more in the future). Their service is awesome! Their suggestions on what oil to place on what food is impeccable, everything I made for my family was absolutely delicious! read more

This place is great. Customer service could use some work, but the flavors corresponds exactly to the oils and vinegars. Some of my favorite white balsamics were the cara cara and thai lemongrass-mint. My favorite dark balsamics were the fig and lavendar. I enjoyed the jalapeno and garlic olive oils. The one oil you have to try is the butter. It's an experience you won't be ready for because you'll be confused if you're really sipping on oil or if it's butter disguised as oil. read more

Not a fan of olive oil, but it is telling that a store can sell me a style or flavor not often associated with olive oil. The store DOES have other ingredients like rubs, spices and even some eatery stuff. All that pales in comparison to their selection of olive oils. They got so many crazy varieties for those that are down with the stuff. The only issue is we were told to have someone give us free samples, which is fair. However, the one worker just simply didn't seem too excited to help us, and gave am exasperated sigh when we got her attention about it. If you got a taste for the olive oils, this is a place to go, in spite of some of the help there. read more

Fun place to shop as you can try the many different olive oils and vinegars. However, be aware that they are pricy as two small bottles ran me up almost $40. I also noticed the the oil I bought did not taste as fresh as the same type I tired in the store. It has more of a bitter taste to it and was not as herb-flavored as I liked. This was a big disappointment due to the price of the oil. read more

We were in Breckinridge, on an extended weekend get away, and my wife decided to stop into this establishment. The staff was was friendly and knowledgeable about all the stuff they had in the store. I am not familiar with olive oils and stuff, but my wife is and bought some stuff. However, I do like spices, and in the back of the store they have a whole wall full of different spices. They have some of your regular spices, but they also have some unique spices that you won't see in your local grocery store. So, I would suggest you make your way to the back of the store, if your into special spices like myself. read more

Stopped by for some tea and they have a HUGE selection! The lady was super sweet and helpful and gave me an awesome recommendation. Picked up some very lovely teas and they are delish - Red Rocks, Coconut Crush Chai, and Strawberry Fields! Lots of selection of fresh, no sugar added, loose leaf teas! Sales associate was very friendly and helpful! Also their salad kits make great gifts - I got the Caprese, Summer, and Lavender! They let you try the oils and vinegars and smell the teas as well! Understandably being cautious during covid but another shop didn't allow you to smell anything - didn't buy anything there. read more

Knowing just now this store carries loose leaf tea, I knew I couldn't just take the samples from behind me. It's one of those I have to find staff for assistance type of store. Great interior with dozens of spices and olive oil. Clouds and Mist tastes like the one I get at Starbucks only at the right water temperature without stevia, heavy cream, almond milk and tossing the tea bags. Loose leaf tea and gong fu brewing have always been my passion since I came across mei leaf (Don Mei). Options there are limited. But not as limited as Spice and Tea Merchants among others read more

Eh, while I'm usually a sucker for any culinary kind of shop, I wasn't digging the vibe at Olive Fusion. The employees were cold, condescending and seemed like they didn't want to be there. Props to them for having a huge tea selection that they make hot or cold, on spot, I had the pineapple coconut iced tea and it was fabulous but the demeanor of the employees was very off putting. read more

I do not recommend this place at all!!! My 19 yr old daughter and I vacationing her right after the New year 2016. While we were out shopping she started to feel like she was going to pass out due to altitude. Went into this store, bought two cups of tea for us and asked for a cup of water for her, told them her condition. They would not give her a cup of water, even though she was in distress due to dehydration from altitude change. The two girls working in there one with Dark hair one with light shirt hair, were very rude and snobby. Very unprofessional!!! read more

We absolutely love this shop! We live in Golden and come up to the Breckenridge area frequently. The selection of olive oils and vinegars is quite extensive, and the quality is excellent. In addition, there is an entire wall of spices. One of our favorite features has been the meal kits that are on shelves near the entrance. These include the recipe and several of the specialty items required, with a list of what needs to be purchased at the grocery store. We've made the black bean burger recipe several times, and today made the minestrone soup which is maybe the best we've ever had. You'll also find a large selection of heirloom beans, and gluten-free pasta. And, if you're lucky, when you walk into the shop, maybe you'll be offered a sample of truffle-oil popcorn. read more

This is a great place to stop by while you're in Breck and pick up gifts or some oils/vinegars for your own kitchen. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. They led me to some great balsalmic and oil pairings that I can't wait to try on my salads. The store itself has a great atmosphere and appears to be inside of a historic building. Visited this place Nov 2018, just now writing review cuz we ran out of our purchase. Great place! The salesperson Charlotte was very welcoming, not pushy. She approaches us with some delicious fresh popped seasoned popcorn. She let us try several olive oil/balsamic combinations. I never knew there were som many. She was very knowledgeable! All the combinations were so tasty! We finally decided on: Arbosoano EVOO and Dark Chocolate balsamic vinegar I would have never thought the two would blend together, it was great! read more

Love this shop. No idea why some have had bad experiences. Every time we are in town we stop in for a new bottle, a refill of a bottle or a new spice. The service has always been great. The staff has always been helpful with recommendations and a pleasure to work with. Who knew people could be so excited over vinegar. Cinnamon-Pear is a favorite. Rip off! I ordered a cup of tea with a little room for milk ( less than a tablespoon). They charge $3.50 for the tea, but charge $1.00 for the milk! Incredible... I passed on the milk. read more
