Stopped by today after grocery shopping for a to go order. Ordered the build your own angel hair pasta with creamy mushroom sauce and zuppa tocana. First, the soup was mostly broth. Barely any meat and potatoes (it seemed like the bottom of the soup pot) plus kale stems. I came for the soup so very disappointed. Then opened my pasta and there's barely any noodles (like a 2/2 size for lunch but paid dinner prices and not enough sauce to cover the noodles. I'm going to have to doctor up my meal at home. Should of just cooked at home! Olive Garden you got to do better! This meal was disappointing! read more

A good representation of the franchise. I was greeted and seated immediately on this Tuesday evening after Christmas. The waitress was friendly and attentive and ensured I had drink, salad, and breadstick refills when needed. For my entree I tried the seasonal special of Calabrian Steak and Shrimp Bucatini. It was a considerably spicy dish with long hollow noodles. It didn't dethrone my favorite (Carbonara Chicken & Shrimp on rigatoni), but the ingredients were quality with plump shrimp and nice steak chunks with a great texture. As always the salad and breadsticks were spot on. And the experience was great with comfortable seating in a clean and welcoming dining room. read more

We were set at the tables behind thr bat, where servers are constantly moving through (not the issue) and a few workers off the clock sat next to us adn distracted every server in the restaurant, including ours. Our server wouldn't even look at us or pay attention when setting our food down, he was too busy complaining about having to serve us when his shift was about to end.... in front of us. He also took plates we weren't done with even when he asked and we said not to, and rushed us by placing the bill in front of us on our tablet without asking if we were ready. Currently sitting at our table for 20+ minutes and no server has been by at this point. Got up to find a server carrying our mobile kiosk blinking red. I found a server from another section and she got things on track. ***Update*** Spoke with the manager on duty and she turned out to be very respectful and apologetic. She made things better by comping the bill, offered deserts, providing gift card in hopes I return, and an explanation for the poor service. She seemed very genuine and made things better. If I do return it will be because of her caring about the customer which is very hard find these days. read more

Third bad experience in a row. The last two times we went in my mother and I went to Olive Garden in Dalton, we requested booth seating. Both occasions we went at 4 p.m. and multiple booths were available, and both times the employee at the greeter desk refused us a booth. My handicapped mother needs to sit in a booth because of her risk of falling when trying to get up from sitting. He made no effort to accommodate a handicapped person. The time before that, the female server spent all her time flirting with a man in another booth. She said she was too busy to take care of us, but we counted her standing there with him for 10 minutes after we requested the dressing she didn't bring on our salad. After 15 minutes, we flagged down the manager, who served us for the remainder of the meal. The salads aren't fresh, the food is mediocre, everything is overpriced, and the service is horrible. Service was awful. I sat at the bar to eat. Empty bottles glasses and plates sat in front of me for 25 minutes. A plate of the last customer's food sat next to my son while he ate his dinner. What a perfect meal with my best friend that I had not seen in months. We met hoping to have a few hours together and we were blessed with the PERFECT waitress, Dallas! It was just her second day but the meals and timing was ideal. Dallas was attentive yet not overbearing, our drinks were always filled, plenty of salad and soup and never made us feel as though we were holding her from getting other patrons at her table. Yes, we bragged about her to the manager! Now ignore those other reviews that complain about the servers and ask for Dallas. read more

Awful services, there's a Waiter passed by me and I was asking her for a plate. She leaves with no smile and come back than throw the plate back to the table. No talking for the entire process. You better let your guys got some better attitude because I'm not come to see your face. read more
