Visited here for my cousin's Anniversary/Retirement luncheon. I had the Chicken Alfredo with angel hair pasta instead of the fettuccine. Delicious. I also had the Zappa Tuscano soup. They also have this strawberry limoncello margarita.(awesome drink) and the Bellini peach raspberry iced tea is also delicious. I also like to get the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo and add my own special touch (tomatoes, onions, spinach and mushrooms) amazing. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo at Olive Garden, and overall it was a solid, filling meal. The Alfredo sauce was very creamy and definitely on the saltier side, but still comforting and satisfying. The portion size was generous--so filling that I couldn't finish it and had to take the rest to go, which I actually appreciated. It's the kind of dish that feels heavy in a good way, and I would order it again. Before the entrée, I had the Chicken & Gnocchi soup, and that was more hit-or-miss for me. While it was warm and filling, the flavor leaned too salty, and the spinach in particular was questionable. The taste and texture of it stood out in a bad way and almost ruined the soup for me, which was disappointing--especially since it tasted better when paired with the breadsticks. I even asked for a second bowl at first, but the spinach really threw things off. As for drinks, I had a Sprite. The flavor was normal, but it was a bit flat, which made it less refreshing than expected. Overall, the Chicken Alfredo was the highlight and worth ordering, while the soup was inconsistent. So I visited on 6-5-2026. I have not been here in awhile. This is the only location that I visit with it being the closest in the area. I used to get the Eggplant Parmesan a lot this time I got the Chicken Parmesan and instead of getting a salad I opted for a soup first time ever trying the soup with the dumplings delicious! I might have enjoyed that more than my entree also the bread is delicious. The portions are large. The food is delicious. I appreciate the to go cashier who wiped the sauce off of my containers from the kitchen very great service on her part. Table for 2 for Dinner We approached the restaurant and noticed they had an ample sized parking lot. I found a spot in front and we headed for the entrance. We entered and were greeted with a whisper. The hostess was very soft spoken. We advised that we were a party of two and were quickly led through the huge huge dining room to a perfect booth for two. We were provided menus and 2 different staff members came over to check on us. The second one was our actual server, Keyanna. We were quickly reviewing the beer options on the on table top electronic display. The selection was not that extensive. Wifey ordered a Modelo and I settled on a Peroni. Our server quickly returned with the beers and some waters. We were trying to pick out an entree and Wifey was really having a hard time with all the options. We asked Keyanna what was her favorite and she said she didn't really have one since she has been working there so long. We asked her a few more questions and she suggested the Tour of Italy for Wifey. It had a little bit of everything; chicken parmesan, lasagna and a fettuccine. I ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. Both entrees came with a soup or salad and bread sticks. Wifey ordered the Zuppa Toscano soup and I just went with the salad, no tomatoes. The 1st course came out super fast. My salad was huge. Wifey's soup looked good and she really enjoyed it. We were finished with our soup and salad and were waiting around for our main dishes. Just as I was about to write things were slow, the entrees appeared. The portion sizes were huge. We started digging in. My carbonara could have used a little more seasoning and maybe a little more sauce. Wifey enjoyed her meal, but admitted it was also average. When we were done eating, ready to get some togo boxes and close out the check, our server was nowhere to be found. We waited and waited and she finally popped up. What a fantastic catering experience! I helped a friend with his graduation weekend of family fun and when he decided to go with Olive Garden catering for one event. With an open bar celebration, having some carbs around is essential! And Olive Garden made that happen with ease. We were planning on ordering online and going about our way, but that didn't happen. The online ordering system is really fantastic, allowing you to order small pickup and delivery meals, up to large catering orders with only a few clicks. I was breezing through the ordering system until I realized that we were a few hundred bucks over the $1,000 minimum and were prompted to call the store to order. I love an online ordering system so I can review all of the details in my face but I understood the need to call. Lucky me, I called and got in touch with Ms. Charity. From start to finish, Charity was so lovely. I submitted our large order and solidified details with Charity, including a really specific arrival time to ensure no delay. On the day of the event, I received a text and phone call from Charity letting me know that they were on their way with the delivery. When I say that they were right on time?! They showed up with smiles on their faces and immediately went to work setting it up for us. The order came with chafing dishes, extra plates, breadsticks, toppings for the salad and everything else you could expect. Nothing was missing, everything was perfectly in order. Tuesday 6/16/26 3:15ish. I ordered fried calamari and a side of fried peppers with onion,which comes with the fried shrimp dish. The manager took out order. He comes to the table THREE times, he even brings the raw veggies to the table.I don't know what was so complicated I've been ordering the same thing for over ten years. The Bartender comes over she and ask again, I show her the picture on the menu. I get half cooked calamari and they brought the veggies raw.The manager had a attitude. The salad was the best part of this meal and it took over 20mins for it to come out . our waiter was very sweet and nice. The restaurant was average as far as for how busy it was the noise level was extremely high because we were placed near a table with a family and lots of small children who were extremely loud.. Our food took forever to come out. My wine was poured and brought to me in a dirty glass with lipstick stains on it.. food was brought to our table that was not ours and sat down and I was telling them it wasn't mine. I didn't order it as soon as they realized the mixup they picked the plate up off of my table and took it to the proper table, which is disgusting. They should have apologized to the other table and we made the order even though I didn't touch the food. You don't do that. Went on a Saturday in a group of 3. We all had the soup and salad as our meals. Service was ok considering it did not seem busy or perhaps we visited just after the lunch rush. When the waitress brought the salad bowl and soups and asked to say when to stop concerning the cheese, I told her keep going. I don't think she appreciated my humor because on my next soup, she said she had already added cheese to it. That's something new. She also was quick to say she didn't think we could get some red pepper flakes. Also, there was an error with the tip entered on a credit card payment, going from $10 to a $30 tip. That happening is also new to me. We did contact the manager who apologized and stated it would be credited within 3 days. As for the soup, I ordered zuppa toscana which had more of ham hock looking pieces than sausage and hardly any kale. I got a chance to try the minestrone and the veggies seemed fresh and tasty! Absolutely unacceptable experience at Stonecrest Olive Garden I ordered dinner via Uber Eats from the Olive Garden at Stonecrest (GA) on July 16th and it was a disaster from start to finish. I ordered salmon, shrimp scampi, fettuccine alfredo, and a salad--what I got was someone else's order (chicken scampi, for a person named Mario). I don't eat chicken, so I called the restaurant right away. The night manager acknowledged the mistake and told me they would not resend the correct meal, but that I'd get a full refund. Only $22 of my $62.38 order was refunded. I called the next day (July 17th) and spoke to someone named Sean. She couldn't resolve the issue and promised to call me back. She never did. Then--without notice or confirmation--food appeared on my doorstep the morning of the 17th. No text, no call, no Uber Eats update. I had no idea how long it had been sitting there, so I had to throw it away. Between the incorrect delivery, false promises of a full refund, lack of follow-up, and terrible communication, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I'm still out over $40 for food I never received or couldn't safely eat. Olive Garden, this is unacceptable. read more

First time at this location. Holiday shopping brought me in for lunch. Getting it to go - Zuppa soup and salad. One of my favorites. As I walked in the mgr was walking by he asked if I was dining in or pick up. I confirmed it's pick up. He walked me over to the to go order cashier. There were 2 ppl there placing their orders. 2 cashiers on the post. Placed my order told it would be at least 20 min. The dining area was clean not too noisy although it was after 3. This location entrance is different from others I've frequented. I couldn't help but take a pic of the beautiful Xmas tree. The soup was popping hot and the salad was fresh. No brown lettuce As I stated it's my favorite soup here. The broth is seasoned just right. The potato's are firm and the kale is fresh. My order was ready within 20 min as quoted. Everyone enjoyed their dishes, as well, including chicken marghettia, shrimp alfredo, and tour of Italy. The waitress started out nice and friendly but eventually started seeming slighted and started to disappear when we needed a request. She kept her composure, though. Let me start by saying my family loves Olive Garden; however, our experience today was the worst, from start to finish! We were seated by the tables near the bar, waited probably 30 minutes to even have our order taken. We didn't have water, silverware, nothing. After our orders were taken, we were brought salad by a woman wearing no masks while talking over the bowl as she's bringing it over. Now, I realize people are getting a little lax with Covid, but as a server, you should ABSOLUTELY have a mask on. The woman drops the salad off, and remember we have no plates, forks or drinks. My mother actually had to get up and go looking for silverware to bring back to the table. Next, the person working at the bar brings a drink for me and my daughter, then tells my mom they don't have Coke. She asks for a different drink, then it takes 20 minutes for her to get that. Now I will say that I empathize with the man at the bar because he is trying to cover a lot of tables on his own, but waiting another 20 minutes for a soda when we already have our salad is not right. Now for the finale, our food was finally brought out. My daughter had a kids meal, and she told me that there was a bug in her food. At first I honestly thought she was joking, but I picked it up, and sure enough there was a MAGGOT in her food. Alive. A live maggot. Our server sent the "manager" over (heavyset guy in a chefs uniform). My mother proceeds to show him the maggot in my childs food, explaining how unacceptable this is, and he says "okay." Oh really? Okay? This dude had the nerve to have a legit attitude that we were telling him about a maggot in their food. She then told him we were uncomfortable finishing our meals, and that we were leaving, and he shrugs shoulders like, so what... Anyway, I sent the photo to the DeKalb Health Department. Hopefully they rip this place apart and find everything that they should, because this place is unsanitary! We will never be back to this location. Disgusting and rude. 6/14/21- I wrote this review 18 days ago and someone from Olive Garden reached out to me. I was put in touch with the Director of Operations, who apologized and said he'd email my family a gift card for our horrible experience. Never received anything from them. I even sent a follow up email to this person and he never responded. It honestly isn't even about the gift card, but you should always follow through on what you say you're going to do. It was cold and raining so I was happy to be able to park near the door. Once we walked in it was pleasant and welcoming. We were seated immediately and given menus. This is an updated review. It's been such a long time since I've been to Olive Garden. I took my family out and we all enjoyed all of our meals. Our server was attentive and the food was delicious. I pretty much get the same thing whenever I come but it was especially good this time around. We ordered alcoholic beverages but they just tasted like a cup of juice. It wasn't bad, just couldn't tell if there was even a shot of liquor in them. My niece devoured her entire kids pasta, which is amazing because she's such a picky eater. The only thing that threw us off was the waitress trying to keep the change. She said, "you said you didn't need any change right". Now girl, you know damn well we said no such thing. Don't worry, we tipped her very well. It's just so awkward for people to assume or make up lies in that way. I was a server so I completely understand that's where your money comes from. I took my 8 year old here and when we walked in, my son said "it smells weird in here". He was right. Kind of smelled like some sort of weird, musty body odor. Beyond the smell, it wasn't a horrible experience but I don't feel like the quality of the food is what it used to be. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip appetizer and it was decent. However, the chips they served it with were super stale; offensively so! My son ordered the mac and cheese. He said it was "alright", which was surprising because he loves mac and cheese. Although, he likes it with real cheese and not the processed junk so that could be why he wasn't too impressed. I had the chicken parm with fettuccine alfredo. I noticed as others came and parked he was getting names in order of which they parked. His customer service is A1. We purchased the baked Lasagna meal with bread sticks and jumbo salad. It came with all the fixings and it was yummy. The customer service there definitely has changed for the better. I can't wait to start back sitting in the restaurants. After finally getting seated another 30 minute wait for our server to arrive.We placed our food orders as soon as the server came up to the table. An hour later we left hungry and further irritated as the manager tried to justify our wait by saying "It's All-Star Weekend" and we could just eat our salad... which would've worked except the people around us that came in AFTER us and ordered AFTER us got their food first. My family and I chose to dine at the Olive Garden at Lithonia-Stonecrest Mall. Firstly, our server Dejuan was amazing; he was professional from beginning to end, he was attentive to our needs and he provided one of the best dining experiences I have had. To the matter at hand. I ordered the "Chicken Marsala" as my entrée and while eating the texture of the chicken did not seem right to me. Upon further inspection, one of the two (2) pieces of chicken was raw/uncooked throughout. I brought this to Dejuan's attention and he immediately and profusely apologized. He stated that he would make the manager (Stacy) aware of the situation. After sitting at the table while my family enjoyed the rest of their meal, I expected the manager to come and address the situation (other than removing the barely half eaten and uncooked chicken marsala from my bill). I asked Dejuan for the bill and I (reluctantly) paid for the meal. Professionally this is the worst experience I have ever had with the management of a restaurant. The fact that Stacy did not find the time to address raw food coming out of the kitchen under her watch is appalling and shows a lack of care and compassion for the experience of your guests who trust to have food prepared that has been fully cooked.
