Worst Olive Garden I've ever been to. This location gets the number one prize for Dirtiest Olive Garden. Food did not come out hot. Plates smelled like a wet dog. Server talked so low you couldn't hear him and had a hard time getting things out and multitasking. Peach tea was disgusting and sweet tea was undrinkable due to too much sugar. Great experience today in the bar area. Charles was our server and did a great job! You can tell the team members who work at this location are happy to be there. We were greeted by two ladies at the front as we walked in. One of them was singing with the music. So refreshing! We were sat in the bar area right away and introduced to our server Charles. He brought us water right away, gave us time to look at the menu and was ready to take our order when we were. Charles was zipping around running the bar area, mixing drinks and never missed a beat in our table. Our salad was right out, a little heavy on the dressing but overall good. We had the zucchini noodle bowl, which was an excellent vegan option modified without the sauce. The portion looked small but man was it filling! Very fresh and tasty too. I have a severe gluten allergy (Celiacs Disease). My brain swells if there is even a little cross contamination, but I never get to eat out. When I mentioned to the staff my allergy, they had the manger out here asking for what I needed and he went back and personally cooked my food. WOW. Olive Garden is to Italian food what Taco Bell is to Mexican food. It wasn't my choice, and it never would be. I agreed to eat inside, and I'm glad I did. In spite of the numerous morons in this country who are causing the US to spike to over 50k new COVID-19 cases per day, Olive Garden is definitely doing things right. Social distancing is enforced, every other booth or table is closed, all the staff wears masks, and the menus are paper copies. That means you're not touching a menu that 50 customers before you have touched. Also, they sanitize the payment kiosk that is at your table, while you're sitting there, so you know it's clean. These are the things that earned my visit a 3 star review. I've never liked their food. It always tastes like it came from the frozen foods section of Walmart. I love their breadsticks, but apparently, endless breadsticks has ended. A quick search showed me that they do still offer endless breadsticks. It's sort of an unwritten agreement. They ask if you want any more breadsticks, and you say yes or no. Our waitress never asked, and I was already mad at the person I was eating with. So I didn't ask. Again, OG's whole thing is endless breadsticks. The customer should never have to ask. The food was mediocre, but the service was good. Aside from not being offered more breadsticks. The only saving grace was how well they are handling this pandemic. I only wish their food was enticing enough to make me want to come back. If you like Olive Garden, and you ask for more breadsticks, I have no doubt this will be a five star experience for you. If you're one of those morons who believes COVID-19 is a hoax or isn't as serious as WHO and the CDC claim, you don't deserve Olive Garden or their breadsticks. We were looking for a place that was open on Memorial Day. Thankfully Olive Garden was open so we decided to come here. Jennifer L was our server and she provided great service. She was super friendly and very attentive. I ordered the lasagna and it was delicious and the portion was a good size. The meal came with free bread sticks and salad. I don't know what it is about Olive Garden's salad but I find it so addictive! We had left over bread sticks so I had asked Jennifer to pack it to go. She was super nice and gave us a few fresh bread sticks to take home. The place loses a star because the carpet area in the dining room was VERY sticky. The service was excellent. They were short-staffed (seems to be a running problem at every restaurant this decade. I wish I knew the name of the waitress who was training our waiter, while waiting other tables with the best attitude I've seen in a long time. Without her, this would have been a two star review. But you can't really go by my review, if you honestly like the food. I've always felt that Olive Garden's food is one step above Chef Boyardee's. We only ate there because my friend wanted to. Olive Garden used to be our favorite restaurant in town before the fire. Now we are never going back there. I have ordered food to go twice since they reopened since they have been so busy. Both times they made us wait an additional 30 minutes at the restaurant to the 60-80 minutes wait time from the time we ordered the food until we were supposed to pick it up. Last time, they forgot the toppings on the pizza and did not cook it to order. This time, they did not give us the correct salads, I got eggplant instead of chicken, and they forgot the extra breadsticks we paid for. read more

Haven't had an issue. I stay I hotels in Monroe, often, I usually get Togo. Most time I get there after 9:30, haven't had an issue.
