I personally would never go here because I have heard some terrible stories about this place ( go to Enloe). I took my friend in early ( no appointment needed..her doctor called in the order). It was surprisingly clean and not crowded. The building itself is dated and could use a good makeover. The big new glass building next to it ( which I thought I was driving her to) is still not open. After she signed in it was less than 15 minutes to get the chest xay. The techs were very friendly and professional! She had a good experience and we were in and out quickly! There was plenty of parking up front in the morning. I am grateful it was easy and not a long wait ( go early is the key).

Zero charm, dank, dreary, and I would absolutely hate if I or anyone I cared about had to be there. The rooms were very, doll, dark. How I imagine the mental words of the mid-century probably looked and maybe this was one of them. The nurses were all nice. Never interacted with a doctor. The bitch who writes out the stickers for the name tags when you enter, look me up and down, frowned the whole time, and I was trying to counteract your negativity and cuntfactor with smiles and I laughed at one point because someone was down there making absolutely bizarre noises come on and you couldn't get even the slightest mark from this total bitch. Someone really screwed up making her the person people see first.

Another time I was told I missed my appointment by an hour, again I had an appointment card with the time. I was just referred to a specialist here and had an appointment for 2:30. With the history I've had with them, I called and checked and they moved my appointment to 2:00 without telling me. The only thing she could tell me that it was changed by the clinic. No notice, just changed. Here we go again. If you must go here check and double check thier work, the support staff here is terrible.

I let it rang for a good minute and no answer. I ended the call and called them back. This time some lady answered and I posed my question. POSITIVES: He saw Doctor Costa ( 2nd time) and he was so caring and went above and beyond working in this somewhat depressing environment. 5 STARS TO THIS DENTIST! They can't keep good dentists for long because they overwork them. Its sad because there is a need in this area especially for the elderly or less fortunate. When they do get a good dentist they are gone within a year ( my friend said he has had about 5 different dentists in 3 years). Both Nadine and Doctor Costa worked well together to help calm my friend. I am thankful that they let me go in and sit in on services performed. I am so glad that I don't have to go here in this town. The hygienists are overworked..the dentists are overworked..and the skilled dentists leave ASAP. The front desk employees are miserable..no good morning..no expression. Either very unhappy or don't care. My friend and I congratulate Doctor Costa for his great attitude and service towards my friend and wish him well in Vacaville where he will definitely flourish! Had already gotten a quote when I made the appointment over the phone, but I always double check. It was just under $400.00 back then, and it was highway robbery; having had it replaced several times, I can tell you that I paid $100.00 everywhere else. I was unhappy with the dentist's attitude and her crappie work ( the repair only lasted a year) but to add insult to injury was receiving the phone call from the receptionist shortly after my arrival at my house that they wanted more money!!! They never call back and when they did they still had no clue how to help me. When your in pain they just push pills at you. They have no idea how to submit for approvals to Workmen's Comp and no idea who is responsible for doing it. They lost my entire file, my injury history gone, and no one knows how that happened. The nurse practitioners are a joke, I don't believe they know anything about the human anatomy because neither of them did anything to help me. I took my friend to a routine appointment for skin irritation. We entered the building which has plenty of handicapped parking on both levels along with handicap access (he is disabled). There is an elevator and stairs. I was so surprised to see how clean it was! I took him to his appointment to see Doctor Thomas at Oroville dermatology. The place was spotless ! The doctor (PA) was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave my friend alot of helpful hints and complimentary cere ve samples for his skin. I have my own doctors in Nevada County but if I lived here I would definitely go here! Clean...friendly staff and awesome doctor! Ps. They were on time for his sppointment ! Note. I reviewed the Oroville Dematologjy hospital...NOT the farmers market. !!!!!
