Before starting G and I went discussed my old issues and if any of that was still a problem, and anything new that he should be aware of, and or focus on. Old issues we worked on during my session, but started on the newer issues, which were the reason for making this recent amount. During my session G focused on new and old issues alike, using a series of different tools and practices. From cupping, to scraping (Graston) and other Istrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) to stretching and manual massage. G used a wide variety of therapeutic practices to, to help you get back and running. Overall: Great therapist, and would be sure to make my visit more routine.

I have been going to The Joint Chiropractic for a little over a year now and it's made a world of…read moredifference for my back. I have an old injury that flares up from time to time, and finally decided to seek chiropractic care for it when I had a particularly bad flare up last spring. I felt better once starting care, and started doing more routine chiropractic maintenance to prevent flare ups as well as support my day-to-day activities. This has been particularly helpful as I started getting my wrists adjusted as well, which makes a huge difference due to the amount in which I type for my work. Initially, it took some getting used to the walk-in mode and The Joint's setup; the room where the adjustments are done has four tables and those who are waiting are sitting in chairs nearby/within earshot. My previous chiropractic experiences were always with a solo practitioner who required appointments, so I was used to more privacy. However, the flexibility is more than worth it! With that, wait times can vary-- there have been times where I have been in and out fairly quickly when I go during a slower time, and there have been times where I have to wait for a bit during more peak times (like weekends and after work hours). Again, the flexibility is SO worth it, and I still receive quality adjustments regardless of if it is busy or if it is slower. :) All the chiropractors here are very friendly and knowledgeable, as well as the front staff. Even though adjustments don't take long, the team really makes an effort to get to know their patients. During my most recent visit, there wasn't anyone after me, and Dr. Sanchez came up to ask me about my recent life event even though he wasn't the one who did my adjustment that visit. Him and Dr. Arman are both extremely warm and personable, and take great care in what they do. The team is also very informative on preventative care, offering suggested stretches and things to do in between visits so that way everything is feeling better. :)
