I have been going to The Joint Chiropractic for a little over a year now and it's made a world of difference for my back. I have an old injury that flares up from time to time, and finally decided to seek chiropractic care for it when I had a particularly bad flare up last spring. I felt better once starting care, and started doing more routine chiropractic maintenance to prevent flare ups as well as support my day-to-day activities. This has been particularly helpful as I started getting my wrists adjusted as well, which makes a huge difference due to the amount in which I type for my work. Initially, it took some getting used to the walk-in mode and The Joint's setup; the room where the adjustments are done has four tables and those who are waiting are sitting in chairs nearby/within earshot. My previous chiropractic experiences were always with a solo practitioner who required appointments, so I was used to more privacy. However, the flexibility is more than worth it! With that, wait times can vary-- there have been times where I have been in and out fairly quickly when I go during a slower time, and there have been times where I have to wait for a bit during more peak times (like weekends and after work hours). Again, the flexibility is SO worth it, and I still receive quality adjustments regardless of if it is busy or if it is slower. :) All the chiropractors here are very friendly and knowledgeable, as well as the front staff. Even though adjustments don't take long, the team really makes an effort to get to know their patients. During my most recent visit, there wasn't anyone after me, and Dr. Sanchez came up to ask me about my recent life event even though he wasn't the one who did my adjustment that visit. Him and Dr. Arman are both extremely warm and personable, and take great care in what they do. The team is also very informative on preventative care, offering suggested stretches and things to do in between visits so that way everything is feeling better. :) read more

Before I found The Joint Chiropractic, I was dealing with severe back pain that made standing, walking, or even sitting extremely difficult. There are a lot of The Joints in the area but this one is by far my favorite though I suspect by how busy they are I am not alone lol. There is always 2 chiropractors present which helps things flow more quickly though they definitely take their time with each patient. Each adjuster has there own style of making adjustments but they are all friendly and do their best to remember your name, fun facts about you etc making it a more personal experience. Frustrated. Often a long line. Came by today, I was told a 30 min wait, ran errands and came back back 348 (they close at 4) and j was turned away. I was told they are closed. Yes, I was cutting it close, but adjustments take just a few mins. I'd suggest posting a sign and making it clear you won't treat your patients after 345. Plenty of times before where I've gotten there relatively close to closing hour and was seen. I was frustrated by the wait time, but now going home in pain and more frustrated. When I got there initially and said I would come back, this would have also been an opportunity for the front desk person to say that I needed to be in by a certain time earlier than they're closing time. I previously had a chiropractor who could actually adjust my "Gumby" neck but sadly, she retired. I'm so glad I decided to give The Joint a chance! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I live in Roseville but sometimes come to work in Sacramento. On May 27, 2025 I checked in with my electronic key card. The placed was packed. I was told to lay on a table and I did so. A lot of people came in after me. How hard is it for the doctors to read the queue of people and take people in order. It's first come first serve. Evidently, it's hard for the doctor's to read their screens and follow the patient queue, because they took two people ahead of me and when I brought it to their attention they could care less. They went ahead and took the other two patients before me. This place is unprofessional and had no empathy for my well being. They refused to make it right with me and acted like nothing happened. I wasted my lunch hour to lay on their table and they could care less. I have never been so livid with a doctor's office before! I've been with The Joint Chiropractor Roseville for over a year and have never had a problem there. I will never go back to the Natomas office again. What the two doctors did to me today was awful, embarrassing and disrespectful of my time. You both ought to be ashamed of your behavior! read more
