When I cancelled with a form that I have to fill out, there was no acknowledgement. They still debited my bank account. They argued that there was a 3 days cancellation policy; this 3 months after my 3 year contract has ended. I have to yell for them to promise a refund for only 1 month. I am holding my breath. If this goes on, I will take them to court.
