The lentils cooked to perfection. The coconut milk creamy. A bit under seasoned for the Mrs, but I didn't mind. I did want some spice though. Added some black pepper but didn't do anything. The wrap with lots of salad greens and rice. Carrots and veggies. The rice and tortilla was warm. The service was good as well. The place has a small area for buying some nut milk and other stuff. I can count on one hand the number of reviews I've done in over 6 decades...this one merited a…read morereview. Pleasant ambiance and staff, not at capacity. Ordered the Queen's Breakfast. The server advised in advance that the grill was down, so only poached or scrambled eggs (slightly disappointing as I prefer sunny side up, but survivable) so I opted for poached. 45 minutes later (not an intolerable wait depending on staffing issues) my plate arrives with the server now telling me that they ran out of potatoes (surprise!)...so no home fries (which is honestly the whole reason we go out for Sunday breakfast), but a smattering of fruit now sits in its lieu. Only 2, not the accepted minimum 3, slices of bacon. The toast is so cold the butter won't melt. The worst breakfast I've had in recent memory, and I think that I probably lost weight eating it.

Boston pizza was overwrought with tourists (and I'm not personally a fan of the chain), so this seemed like the best option. It's a family run business, a polish family owns it and they live upstairs. Communication might be a bit difficult and the service was a bit slow, but the food was good, the drinks were just what we needed and we didn't have to wait 2 hours at the Boston pizza to be seated. There were some bees and flies out on the patio that were bothersome, but hey it's Muskoka! One of the women who worked there brought out water and pieces of turkey out for our pup to enjoy, which was really nice of her. We ordered the almond pastry, a few beers, the polish sausage, pierogies and a cappuccino. All were great. They closed pretty early, around 3p, but not sure if it was specifically because were there on thanksgiving.
