I would highly discourage anyone from using Bliss Car Wash. My vehicle was seriously damaged while going through their automatic wash. I followed all instructions exactly, placed the vehicle in neutral as directed, and the vehicle was pulled into the equipment, causing significant damage to the right side, including the front fender. What is most disappointing is that Bliss Car Wash appears unwilling to take responsibility for the damage and instead focuses on the age of the vehicle. The fact that a vehicle is 10 years old should be completely irrelevant. My truck is exceptionally well maintained and was in excellent condition before entering the car wash. Customers should expect that their vehicle will leave a car wash in the same condition it entered. When damage occurs due to the operation of the wash, the company should stand behind its service and treat customers fairly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bliss Car Wash and would not use their services again read more

Wonderful service Quick and efficient Different packages to choose from that can fit your monthly budget So I have tried several car wash places where you drive through and can vacuum afterwards. Bliss is much smaller compared to the others and they also don't provide the air blower that usually is with vacuuming. However, they do manually dry off what they can for you so that is a personal touch. I also liked the fact that there is a rug holder for you to clip and vacuum your rug as opposed to placing it on ground or holding it in air and struggling to give it a good vacuum. As this place is much smaller, the vacuum works super well so the suction is able to get my all black interior as neat as possible. The manager sent me a text message at 5pm offering 2 free weeks since I recently canceled my membership so I wanted to share what I sent: Please fix the problems you are having with your machines and I will reconsider reinstating my membership. Your workers are great but I have seen a dramatic decrease in the quality of equipment since this place opened only a few years ago. I canceled my membership because the last time I came I specifically left work early to get my car washed. I was in line for almost 20 minutes until the lady told me that the car wash machine shut down and all three people had to leave the line and they had to shut down the car wash for the entire day after that. Another reason I canceled is your vacuums never work properly. Hoses clogged. Vacuum spots are out of order with no "out of order" sign so you waste all your time parking only to realize the spot you parked in the vacuum does not work and all other spots are full already. As a manager you are responsible for upkeep & also keeping records of consistent maintenance schedules. It is very obvious, This is not being done at this location and that is my reason for canceling my membership. This place was great when it first opened, but has gone downhill equipment quality wise ever since and as a manager, you should be aware of this coming from a customer that has been coming to this location since the grand opening. There are plenty of other car washes within a 5 mile radius, would suggest somewhere, anywhere else besides here. Bliss, Please don't send customers text messages like this after working hours and please try more professional customer retention methods in the future. If the car wash is closed there shouldn't be an option to purchase a wash at the pump. The setup where the car wash is a different company and they don't work with the gas station to resolves is ridiculous. Regardless of the POS used, a system could be worked out to satisfy customers. I got the $22 transform package. Their express washer broke my rear wiper. The package is supposed to come with tire shine, and I asked them at the end if they applied it. They said yes, but when I inspected my tires, there were plenty of dry spots. It looked like they didn't do anything to them. read more
