She told us that somebody from a neighboring store serve somebody with a nut allergy and went to the emergency room and is now attempting to sue Cold Stone. I did let her know that we were in earlier in the week and they were able to get the ice cream in the back and use clean utensils. And she refused. There is no signage stating anywhere on allergies or cross-contamination. There is never been an issue before and we have been there a lot. I have called the general manager and the corporate office trying to find their policies and procedures regarding this matter. And I have yet to get a phone call back From either of them.
