But instead I left humiliated and having wasted $160+ for eyelash extensions that didn't even last the day before they started falling out. I was told that the stylist wouldn't touch my hair because I have dark bumpy skin on the back of my neck and her "insurance doesn't cover that". Saying this OUT LOUD in a salon full of people and even wanting to pull the owner over to look. I was mortified. I've always been heavy, so I've always had social anxieties and coming here I was already stepping out of my comfort zone because all the photos they decide to share are of beautiful thin women with perfect hair. But with being heavy, that includes the issue I have with dark patches of skin on my neck, arms and other places. It's normal and I've grown to accept it. I arrived with my hair up so I'm sure she saw the skin when I entered and I'm sure that's why she wanted to do my eyelashes first, because she knew she wouldn't be doing my hair. 90 minutes of laying on that awful table, I immediately told her there was something in my eye but she didn't believe me. My eye was incredibly sore for the next day or so because there was a lash that made it's way above my eye somehow. Had to have fallen in when she removed the tape and I could finally open my eyes. When I went to sit in the chair she walked into the back, came back, wanted to put my hair down from the bun then as soon as she lifted it all into a clip she asked me "are you aware of what's going on back here?" Then proceeded to tell me she just looked at her insurance and it's not something thats covered. I was mortified. Tears started rolling not only from the irritation in my eye but now this, too. As you can see in the photo the extensions have barely made it into day 4. I'm afraid to brush them because I know more will just come out. I didn't shower until 2 days after my appointment, I haven't been pulling on them or over brushing them. I've been home, not doing anything but loafing around in a depression and sleeping. No reason they should be falling out like this. So yeah, like I said.. complete waste of $160.

She said we could have her purple shampoo- she didnt want to do it being in such a hurry. She took the shampoo with her!! There were NO discounts, no facials, she said she had no time for blow outs- which she knows shows the final look. My daughters hair was yellow with huge chunks of money piece. Too bad Im not able to post pics- nothing short of horrific, I assure you. My daughter cried all night. We spent $770 for one trim and toner, one root touch up, highlights all over and cut, and my daughters yellow mess she calls a balayage and trim. $770!! one person- the teen that got only toner was happy. My friends hair has huge chunks of brassy in her hair also, which is paying now to fix. We texted her. She wouldnt refund a dime- Only offered another 3 hour drive for us to maybe fix their hair. She left in such a hurry hair wasnt even dry to see the final product and she was gone! I am a restaurant GM. I have never left a bad review in my life. Never in all my years have I seen such distaste, unprofessionalism and plain ripped off. Insane two days of stress and my daughters distress more than anything. Paying another $400 for both of us to fix what she broke, as I speak. Single mom here. Unbelievable. Save yourself the money.

She had texted asking me if I could come EARLIER than my appointment (caught my attention!) I got there earlier than she asked and she had me in the chair immediately! And then, get this.... She cut my hair Exactly like I asked. I had come with photos of previous cuts I've had done in a different town. She confirmed what I was asking for. And she did it!!
