Witnessed a very unpleasant experience with the owner of this business. She was completely erratic and out of control, screaming at people who she didnt want to let by (i was behind her and watched her speed up to try and cut them off after we had been at a full stop in traffic). She was then speeding in the OPPOSITE lane on the road to pass by other cars IN HER GROOMING VEHICLE! She even cut them off and slammed on her breaks trying to cause an accident. Hopefully she didn't have someone's pet inside and put them in danger while she was already putting the lives of other drivers in danger!! I would not trust this woman to take care of my beloved dogs. Then saw her screaming at more people on the road a few minutes later. Looked her up on socials and she has posts complaining about "karens".... On her businesses' social media?? Very unprofessional, this lady seems unhinged. Made me really worried for the safety of pets in her care, especially in her mobile grooming van, felt like it's imperative to share this so other pet owners can take caution if booking her mobile services! I have a bossy, wild and crazy, long haired Lhasa Apso, who ADORES Olivia and her assistant. When she realizes her bath towel is by the front doors she knows it's Olivia's grooming day for her. She plants herself next to one of the front doors' clear panes of glass and watches for Olivia's van to arrive. After her grooming she struts about and seems to enjoy the attention from being clean and beautiful. I never worry about how she's being treated in the mobile van and out of sight from me. My dog waiting for Olivia says a ton to me! As for Olivia arriving late ....she is coming to you. Traffic, Snowbirds, weather, late requests, etc. may occur. That's life. Olivia makes my life easier by coming to me. I can wait. She's talented, caring, and very loving to my fur-baby. My pet and I don't want to lose this wonderful and talented lady. Olivia is AMAZING! First of all I love that she can commute to my location which makes it so much easier for me. Not only is she sweet she is very knowledgeable. Absolutely love Olivia & so does my dog! In regard to the comment about her being on her phone - she records her grooming sessions for her Instagram page (which I also love seeing my pup on IG!)! I love that she comes to us & takes her time with the dogs so they don't get scared. I've been using her service for a year & will continue to do so! Most of my neighbors are using her now. In reference to hearing the dog cry- I know my boy hates getting a bath & HATES getting his nails filed (hence the reason I call Olivia to help). I scheduled an appointment for my baby german Shephard (Chase) for Thursday, Feb 3, 2022, and she didn't show up. I sent her a text message late that night to ask if she was coming and she said we didn't have an appointment scheduled, so I inquired what date was his appointment. I never received a response. I am not sure how her services are and I hope they are good however I need a groomer that can communicate effectively. read more

let's start off with she was over an hour late to our scheduled appointment. I have 3 standard goldendoodles all weighing over 60 pounds. Olivia quoted my husband $110 each dog, which is $10 over what I'm usually charged, considering I have 3 of them. whatever, I said let's give it a shot... not only did she show up late, when it came time to pay, she told me my total which was outrageous. I reminded her that she quoted my husband (just a week prior) $110 each dog. She didn't just see my dogs, she TOUCHED them too! She claims she would never quote that price for one of my dogs and has no recollection of quoting my husband. Whatever, the remaining cash I had left over, which was close to nothing, ended up being her tip... because you don't do business like that. It's a shame because I actually liked the way my dogs looked afterwards... so I contacted her a couple months later to set up an appointment to which she said my dogs are too much to handle for her and that she was going through some health issues... fast forward to a couple days later, I saw her truck on Hillsboro and powerline with 2 people in her truck, including herself. Such a bullshit, unprofessional business she's running. I'll take my business to Naya's Pet Palace in Boca where she charges me $100 each dog and never complains...because it's money and business read more

Absolutely horrendous experience! First, she was over 2 1/2 hour late for my scheduled appointment. She did let me know that she was running behind but that was approximately 15 minutes before my appointment time. I asked how behind she was running and she stated, an hour. Well, 2 1/2 hours later, she showed up at my door. She claimed this has never happened before and casually said she was sorry. This was my pups first groom ever. I heard a huge, loud, shriek from my poor baby. She finished grooming him in less than an hours time. Clearly, she was rushing to get him done. I had errand to do and she left my house before I came home. It was okay for me to wait for her but not the opposite. He was groomed at the beginning of last week and over this past weekend, I noticed he was yelping and shaking his head profusely. I know dogs very well and figured it had something to do with his ears. When I went to touch his ears, he wouldn't let me. I did get a quick peek and they were absolutely filthy inside. Long story short, my puppy was perfectly fine before his groom but spent the entire day at the vets office today because he had in both ears a horrible and nasty bacterial and fungal infection, which required him to be sedated for his ears to be thoroughly cleaned out, medicated, and a steroid shot to help ease the inflammation and discomfort. When I contacted Olivia about this matter to find out what she did and compile the facts. She stated, not until today after I reached out to her, that he had what looked like the start of an ear infection in ONE ear. Well, in less than a week, he contracted a double ear infection in both ears. When I asked her why she failed to mention such a crucial and critical factor, she claimed she got busy. More like, withheld imperative information and simply didn't care/forgot! That is what I call, sheer and utter negligence in my book! She totally brushed it off and made more excuses. What a disaster! To boot, she's extremely unprofessional and clearly not a business savvy person as she didn't even offer me any kind of discount or compensation for her lack of professionalism and wrong-doings. Needless to say, I paid full price for what she calls a "mini groom" plus an over $245 vet bill and in return got an attitude with a passive aggressive response, which lacked both any sort of semblance of empathy or remorse. By far, one of the worst experiences, I have encountered! I highly suggest looking elsewhere because I would hate for some innocent person like myself, to have to experience and endure a nightmare of what happened to me! read more
