TRUE upscale starts from the beginning to the END of the sales experience. It gets better... Aesthetically pleasing store if you're into the upscale beach vibe "thing" for your home. Initially, service was wonderful, a pleasant lady asked if I needed any help. Found a lamp yay! Nice discount yay! Pay. They plop it into a CLEAR trash bag. I walk out with said bag. I see black dirt all over the cream shade. Walk back in. Uhh... excuse me I think you gave me a dirty bag. Lady started making an excuse...but no go because it's OBVIOUS the bag literally had dirt in it. No matter! They'll just use sticky tape to pick up the dirt from the shade and put it ANOTHER trashbag. PLUS, they took out the bulb that was already in the socket. Cheap much? Lol!!!
