This boutique is super cute and has some really great finds. I found most to be pretty over priced, but that is to be expected at these types of shops. Helpful hint to the sales women working in the shop...don't ask another woman if they're pregnant unless you are 100% positive. I think that's a good lesson to people everywhere. I was considering buying something, but then was asked if I was pregnant, after eating a big lunch. I felt so self conscious and uncomfortable that I immediately had to leave and really reevaluate my appearance and bias cut dress I wore that day. This may be one of the most inspirational shopping experiences I've ever had. Living across the country in Atlanta, I wanted to give my mom a special local birthday present that would not only feel good but look good too, so I called Inspiration. (I've never even been there and neither has my mom) Julie facetimed with me until we found a beautiful floral italian silk top in great Leo colors! I felt she was supremely sweet, perfectly patient and helped me choose the ideal gift. We planned for my parents to casually walk into the store on their way to dinner in San Juan Capistrano and they would hand her the wrapped gift as a surprise. I did not realize there were two stores and I had ordered from the San Clemente store. Tanya talked with my dad and then she actually brought the gift as well as flowers to my mom at the restaurant! I feel this was extraordinary and quite generous and I am extremely grateful. For sure, I will continue to treat my mom with gorgeous gems from Inspiration and can't wait to visit as well. The ladies working here were so personable and kind. Tanya helped me and she was glad to answer different questions I had of different pieces in the store. There is a mixture of affordable and more pricey items, but I wouldn't say anything is super expensive. A lot of unique boho, shabby chic items here which are great to purchase as a gift or if you want to treat yourself. The design team really pays attention to detail in terms of their selection and the atmosphere of the store. I had a great shopping experience and would return if in the area. read more

Not being an impulse buyer i didnt buy the hadbag i drooled over on the weekend. When i got home sunday night, i couldnt get it off my mind so i called. My husband and I had lunch downtown yesterday and decided to walk around our little town of SJC. We popped into Inspiration Boutique so I could have a look around... we both walked in and there were 2 women inside having a conversation about whatever... I would have expected the woman who works there to have at least greeted us with a 'hello' or 'good afternoon?' Nope nothing... it was like we were invisible. My husband even commented how rude it was.... I have shopped here in the past and had good experiences... Super sad about it because I saw that you carry Love/Stitch... one of my favorite brands!! I guess I will keep shopping online at their website rather then be ignored at your store. :( read more

Wow!! What a wonderful little boutique!! Not only did I find the perfect jeans at a great price (I'm hard to fit being a tiny person) but Julie is amazing. This is a pretty cute, little boutique in San Juan that I've shopped at for a few years. I had a gift card from a previous return that I was really excited to use. Unfortunately, I was told that the store was sold and they will no longer except the old gift cards. I'm now out over $100! Leah was not only friendly and professional she was quite intuitive. Even though it was close to closing time, she took the time to talk with my friend and I, showing us several, beautiful items of clothing. I was about to leave when she said "Oh wait. I think you might like these pants." Well I haven't worn bellbottoms since they were in style many moons ago, but when I tried them on they fit like a glove and they are absolutely fantastic! The price was so amazing I'm going to buy the other two colors she has, as well. I am so happy she suggested I try them. What a find!!! Unique gem my aunt and I stumbled on ! . When your tired of the everyday and I am the most pickiest of consumers . I purchased a beautiful off the shoulder floral romper and long sleeve top both material just makes you want to run your fingers through all day . In a boutique that's what stands out to me . You will find uniquely interesting jewelry , my aunt who is a total klutz managed to fund this beautiful bracelet that has magnet enclosure and is hypoallergenic because if the metal material its is made from I believe all local vendors . ! Hallelujah we won't spend all day waiting for her to put it on !.They have accessories as well as denim , tops , dresses and wraps .
