I am not a regular shopper of Madewell but recently bought an item online because I saw it in-person at the store. It didn't work out so I went to Madewell MV and was assisted by Jaidyn M. Hopefully this is the correct young lady because I didn't catch her name at the time but found this name on my emailed receipt. Jaidyn was extremely warm and patient and helped me complete the return. I know we've all been there when making a return at any retailer only to feel like we're bothering them or taking away from their daily revenue goal, which we are lol, but Jaidyn didn't make me feel that way at all. They have most of the usual shops and eateries that you will find in most malls, but they do have a rather large food court with some unique fast restaurants like Oniguro, dizzy bird, and the Paradise bakery and café. We had a small breakfast there. They have a large Dick's Sporting Goods, Apple store, and a Tesla showroom. The main restaurants were the Cheesecake Factory, Sessions, PF Changs, and Islands. We had a late lunch at Islands. They are also expanding a large outdoor area I believe. This mall is extremely clean, all the stores were open, and it had a very nice modern feel to it. I really enjoyed our stay here and will come back. Parking is easy and the mall was not super crowded, especially for a Saturday.

Tank tops at this location were on sale for $8, which is normal--when it's not for sale at other stores (btw don't sleep on Walmart) lol. But, some items cost around ~29 to 50 BUCKS or more! The top (image w/ hanger) from the shop was around $35. The material & price didn't add up, so I reversed image searched this top & it costed way less on Shein, TaoBao, Amazon, etc. ($10-19). I went to "Q"--located on the bottom floor near this place--& "Windsor"--on the other end of the mall", it had legit the same items for cheaper!! Matter of fact, I literally saw several people leaving without purchasing after they saw the price & later bumped into them at Q, which this became a great convo starter there.
