One of the four never called, the second called but didn't support our area, the third had to discuss it with this boss and team as it sounded technical and they wanted to schedule a survey to evaluate if they needed to hire an electrician first. The fourth was James from Power On Installs. He was here the next day, found the whip, installed the outlet and hung the TV. Done in 2 hours. HIRE THIS GUY!

We didn't have the cloud backup device installed because they didn't have one. So all we can do is see up to 1-2 months on our phones if that. It didn't pickup all movement even on highest sets. We called and told them in which they wanted to charge to have a tech come out. We were within our warranty period and disputed this. We were on vacation and system went down. Couldn't remotely get it up and running again. Called and explained this, they wanted to charge me for their system failure to have a tech come out under their so claimed warranty. We ended up selling the house, security system went with the sale of the house per our contract. We called to cancel services, they said we had to payoff the balance with 3rd party financing before they can cancel. So, we paid it off then called back and was told a different story. Still wouldn't cancel us. We called back a third time to cancel our end so the new owners can get set up. We got the run arounds again. Each time we spent hrs of time for nothing. Upon the last call the supervisor statues on the call with us. Finally confirming everything was paid off, then confirming we got an email about it. We finally did. Within a few minutes a rep reached out via email stating the new owners want to have the security system removed from the house. I called their bluff because the new owners bought the house because it had this system. In addition, the new owners wanted me to show them how it works. So I highly doubt that they called within minutes of our cancellation to supposedly have it removed. The new homeowner and us keep in contact. They never mentioned it to me, and if they tried to set it up and got pushback like we did then I can see them saying they want it removed. However, they wouldn't call out of the blue to just have it removed. Plus, since it's paid off, we were allowed to cancel services, they never mentioned at this time the email below. Why would I or my wife have to ask for the system be removed? Makes zero sense. Again just lies and they got caught up in it. Vivint customer service sucks. Worst we've ever experienced and paid top dollar for the system. Look elsewhere plenty of better companies out there that offer top notch services.

They sold us a product without a detailed explanation on how it works. they said they could add up lights without ever telling us that the up lights are a completely different product that works on a completely different platform and app. the intent of my original request was to have everything work in one app. This is very frustrating and This is very very poor customer service. It should have been explained in explicit detail. their people installed where it wasn't supposed to be installed and they left huge holes in my brick. It's still not patched as he said it would be. The lights worked for one day and have not worked since. My list goes on and on and if I could give them -5 I would. This has been a very negative experience.

Hired Twizted Home Entertainment through Thumbtack. I thought the team was generally good to work…read morewith while the install was happening, albeit a few issues here and there. However, later found out that there was substantial damage done to one of the speakers I had installed (MSRP $999/each). I reached out to the owner and was told there was no way their team could've caused that damage and to return my products to the vendor. Pictures show this is clearly not an issue from use, as the driver is pretty much shoved in on one side. Notwithstanding, some of the work was not performed as initially discussed (i.e. ethernet cables to cameras were run outside instead of through soffits/attics), and the team was quick to make holes in the ceilings and walls (which ended up being in the wrong places). Given how things have shaken out, I cannot recommend this company for any work. Let the work speak for itself in the photos and see the other reviews online regarding damage. The free work Ron mentioned is shown below with the one ethernet cable hanging from the side of the house. I paid in full afterwards, so if I had high expectations or demands that were "met," I think the highest expectation I had was for them not to damage the very thing they're installing. I actually have texts from Mo partway into the installation where he essentially told me to install things myself because he thought they were too valuable for him to install (which was part of the services I hired them for). Also beware of some of the other positive reviews, as one just popped up that of course mentions "no holes" for similar set up and the initials match one of the employees on Yelp (Mo N.), but on Google and Thumbtack it shows two different names altogether for the same review. Seems like they're padding the reviews and photos so you won't see the work they did at my home.... They're also now threatening me via text to stop updating my reviews for calling them out. There's been a handful of 5 star reviews in the last 24 hours after posting my review used some old photos from their Thumbtack and website (which they removed and replaced).
