James was very responsive from the get go and came promptly to the appointment with a helper. He really took time to move the furniture and put everything back where it belonged. He found that the existing wiring was not done to code so had to do extra work to correct it. Additionally I think the light fixture I had was extra fragile and took time to set up (37 globes). There was one item that I had to ask James to come back later to fix, and he immediately came back same day. He also went above and beyond to not only patch the hole of the old fixture but also mudded the spot so it was one less thing for me to worry about. CJ Russell was very quick to respond to my inquiry for a quote for my electrical project. I needed a new GFCI outlet installed in my second floor master bathroom and a new GFCI outlet installed for a sump pump in our basement, both requiring separate circuits and running wire from the outlet back to the circuit breaker box. We started instant messaging each other about the job and very quickly, I hired them. The job was scheduled about one week out from from time hired. James showed up on time, layed a tarp across our front door to wipe his feet on, put on booties over his shoes, was very nice and courteous, knew what he was doing, went right to work and worked very hard without a break until the job was finished.
