Wanted my lip pierced and went in as a walk in. The place was clean and cool, had a bunch of fun arcade machines on the side and a charging cord for your phone. After care is so important to any piercing and based on my line of work, I had to go for a more traditional piercing than what I was considering. I came to his shop when I needed a piercing done (can't really remember which one) but he's always been trustworthy. The shop he's located in now is spacious and he shares the space with other tattoo artists; but his room is front and center to the entrance. I came here with a friend to get her industrial piercing years later and the process was quick & painless. I came back again asking him for help with reapplying a new septum jewelry that I had trouble putting in because I left my septum piercing out for a while. He asked appropriate questions about it to get more information and proceeded to help me get it through. He calmed me down during the process of what felt like I was stretching my septum hole again and checked up on me. The fact that he was able to help as a walk-in puts more of my trust in him. Now that a full 90 days have passed since my daughter's last piercing she is all healed up and ready to re-pierce. Today we went back to Ollie to get her ears pierced correctly. From start to finish, he was gentle, patient, and kind to my (awkwardly nervous) kid. He kept her calm and happy, talked her through every step, and helped make sure her earrings were placed in just the right spot on each lobe. The piercing itself was quick and carefully done, with completely sterile tools, gloves, jewelry, and surfaces. After the piercing, Ollie took plenty of time to walk us through after care instructions and answered any questions we had.
