This is an update for my previous review. As always this place is soo clean and welcoming. They took me in at closing time which is soo nice of the owner. I got my gel nails done by a new person and she did nice job but as it was was closing she rushed it and I got some bumpy gel nails. I have contacted the owner and she responded back saying that she can fix it. She took me in immediately after she opened the store and she herself worked on my nails and fixed them and also changed to the color which I was wanting for a long time. Diane (The owner) is amazing at what she does and gives her best in satisfying her customers. She goes above and beyond to get the service done for the customer. My friend has been coming here for years and I joined her for a mani/pedi. The salon is very clean and they have a lot of color choices. The pedicure was awesome. They have the standard massage chairs. It's been 3 weeks since my pedicure and it still looks flawless. I went back a week and a half after my initial appointment to have a polish change on my nails since the gel had chipped. I need to get my nails done for work function and based on the reviews I thought I would give this place a try. Pedicure was amazing. My full set not so much. I had brought in a picture of simple natural short ballerina nails. The girl seemed a little confused on the ballerina shape. She suggested a coffin shape instead. So I said if she was more comfortable with doing coffin that was fine as well. After she had many discussions with her fellow colleagues she decided she was OK with doing the shape. She seemed very nice but most of the nails are crooked and they're much longer than what I had asked for. I know the other nail technician seem a little more capable maybe she's just new, I'm not sure. I'm not sure if I will be going back. If I do I will probably have one of the other nail technicians. You may be wondering why didn't I ask her to fix it if I was not happy. She already seemed a little uncomfortable with the coffin which she was she suggested. They had to fix my nails two times. I got French tips and the girl did not cover my entire nail the first time, and filed the paint off of the tips, so it looked like I needed a fill immediately. The owner fixed them that night after telling me it was the design I went with and she decided herself to do a different design. I noticed that she left nail dust and lint that got under the clear polish. Went back the next day to get them done the 3rd time and the girl didn't do the tips right. Left them cloudy, discolored and uneven. Now only 6 days later, the white tips are turning yellow on top of getting scratched and chipped after only 2 days. I was hesitant to leave a bad review but am very displeased with how much I spent here. read more

I scheduled an appointment for today at 12pm. For myself and my two daughters. Ages 8 and 9. All I wanted was a pedicure for myself / change of polish for my acrylic on hand, and a mani- pedi for my daughters. They had gotten off school early from a dentist appointment, and I thought this would be a nice thing to do for them. I come into my appointment at 11:55 am and wasn't taken in until 12:17 ish. So I guess no point in making an apt since you still have to wait till they decide they have time for you. I wanted a change in nail polish color for myself - (Hands) and a pedicure that was $45 for myself. My total ended up being 227. They said they were charging me the full price of an adult for my daughters each. Mind you their hand and feet size is literally half of an adult. And hardly any nails at all. Barely any product to be used. I asked why I was being charged the adult price for each child and her response se was "because we use gel honey" ...... okay ????? Makes no sense. I wouldn't recommend based on the fact that they don't respect Apointment times and that they basically rob you on the price and make up weird excuses on why they charge you that. Why would they charge the same price as an adult for a child when not the same amount of product will be used. We will find a new place and I would give it 0 stars if I could. I attached a picture of what their $38 manicure for a child. Edit: owner responded, she states she did a free flower. So if it was free what was the whole point of pointing it out? This business is the worse one that I ever been for my nails. I had pedicure and Manicure service. The lady did not do my cuticles and she poked me bad it was so painful, and she was forcing me to do the gel and I did not like gel. She got so mad and messed it up. Less than 20 hours the colors fell off. When I called the salon, the lady I guess it was a manager. She was super rude instead of saying apologize she was yelling at me and did not let me to talk and said we don't refund money. When asked how they could help me I just showed her my nail and said "I broke a nail, was hoping to get it fixed." She laughed and looked at the other lady and said "we have a lot of appointments." I said ok when could you be available. "They said, we are too backed up we won't be able to see you it's going to take a long time." I said "how long, can you give me an estimate?" They told me to come back at 5... it's 230. My impression is that bcz I need them to fix one nail, as opposed to a full set, they were not even willing to meet with me at all until I pressed the issue and they threw out a random time that no one would be willing to wait for. Very disappointed. Especially when they asked me to just come in if I broke a nail instead of writing a negative review. Well I came in, your staff was rude, and that earns a negative review. I wouldn't have minded waiting 30-45 min. It's just one nail. And I would've paid for it. But 2hrs? A time I had to drag out of you? And at first you weren't even willing to see me at all? No ma'am. I am a good customer who is generous with tipping and wrote you raving reviews. This nail should not have broken in a week doing nothing. 2 stars bcz the second set looked beautiful and they got me in Right away. Also 2 stars bcz they clearly don't appreciate you as a customer unless you're willing to drop $$$ for a full set. Shame. I really thought this was my new place. read more
