They had the entire place seriously decked out with Christmas displays and charm. I was amazed until I found out this is an interior designer shop. They do custom personalized work for clients catering to all styles. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about interior design. I then bought a love seat about a year ago, and I can't say enough about it. Clearly the furniture Lynch's sells is the kind you can keep forever, if you wish. I've purchased from other chains and the pieces usually need to be disposed of in a few years. Not the case with Lynch's. Courteous, service oriented, helpful. And a huge selection of furniture that other stores don't carry. I have no reason to go anywhere else ever again and I regret that I have. They are my go-to furniture store!

Come to find out they had no idea where it was. After waiting for the call back once they located it we are told it will be in the next shipment to the store. Of course only half of it makes it to the store and again they have no clue where the rest is so now we wait for another call back. When they call back they tell us for some reason it was sent to Syracuse. Now I get another call, "your loveseat is damaged beyond repair so we will have to make another one and it will be 6 to 8 weeks" "we can give you $150 off for the inconvenience". I will never purchase anything from Raymour & Flanigan again and I will tell anyone I possibly can to do the same. We spend 2500 on this couch. It was our first nice piece of furniture we were getting as a new family and they have made this a horrible experience.

We browsed for a good 45 minutes while my husband and I eliminated, and compromised on a set that we both liked. When we narrowed it down, Will was there to help. We visited on a Saturday and had our delivery and even set up by Thursday. I've shopped at Raymour before and will continue to do so.
