This is by far the worst Target I've ever visited. The staff was not friendly, the store felt cluttered and disorganized, and the aisles were a complete mess. The bathrooms were also very dirty. It was difficult to find items in stock, which was frustrating. For Target prices, I expect a top-tier shopping experience, and this location fell well below that standard. Nice, neat store with a clean restroom, right by the front entrance. They are as good as Wal-Mart. You can find nice men's, women's, and children's clothing. The makeup section was well stocked and delightfully lit up. We came for bedding and found some great decorative pillows and sheets. Don't know why I do not remember to shop at Target. This location even has a grocery section and a pharmacy. I do not believe that they do car repairs. We received good customer service Overall, maybe I will shop there more often. They were open and there was a pretty deep crew at the registers who helped me select and purchase two gift cards, choose a value and be on my way. Thank you! If you ever need to go get something in the morning on a weekday, I wouldn't recommend coming here due to the fact that they never have self check out open, and the only cashier consistently messes up people's purchases. If you must go in the morning, I would just check out at guest services instead of using this cashier. I've been here twice in the morning and this morning will be my last time. The last time I came in here I explicitly said that I would need to pull change out to the cashier. The cashier proceeds to let me go through my entire purchase without letting me know that you must insert instead of tap your card to pull cash out. So I ended up having to go to guest services, purchase another item and then pull out the money I needed. This morning's visit, the cashier kept my other bag, and I had to turn around from my house when I got home and come back to pick up the bag of other items that I had purchased (over $10 worth of items). There was plenty of time to say hey ma'am, you left your bag because I was putting my cart in the cart receptacle area inside of the store. It's very frustrating to have to be late to work to turn around and pick up an item that you had already purchased and needed to complete your job. read more

This Target is located in Barrett Pavilion shopping center alongside Old Navy, Total Wine and REI. This store is the anchor of the center, so parking is never an issue. The lot is quite large, well maintained with multiple entry and exit points. The interior of the store is always clean, well stocked, maintained, organized and has seen many updates throughout the years. They have all the best parts of Target including the updated self-care area, CVS pharmacy and of course, Starbucks! Service is always on point here, as it is at majority of Target locations. There is usually staff to be found on the floor and the cashiers are usually decently friendly and efficient. Overall, never had an issue with this Target location and it is one of the better Targets in the area! read more

Just a few hours ago, I left this area. On a Saturday, but it was still an incredibly busy place. There is a need for more parking, and even though there is a crosswalk in front of the store when customers are leaving the lot, it is still risky due to the jam-up of traffic moving to other shops on the plaza. The quality of customer service is merely decent. However, I did see a fire hydrant outside of its intended location and on the floor. It was certainly disorganized in the vitamin department.  I also noticed a riding cart that wasn't charging. The whole mood was quite gloomy, the track lights could have been brighter, and the rest of the lighting needs work. Simply an average experience. read more

I like this Target. It's large bright and clean. To be honest, there's a Target much closer to my house, so I only visit this one when I'm in the Barrett Pavilion Shopping Center to shop at Total Wine. It is convenient though. The shopping center has a huge parking lot so parking is usually very easy. The staff and most of the shoppers here are friendly and polite. They didn't get a 5th star because they don't always carry the same things that I buy at the Target near my house. Also, it's a big store and I usually can't find an employee to ask about things that I can not locate. I have to walk to the registers and wait until an employee is free and then inquire about what I would like to purchase. read more

I don't hit this Target that often but when I do I'm always left a happy customer. It's right off of Barrett parkway with a Shoe Carnival, Ulta, REI and Total Wine. There is also a Chick Fit A to the right of the store so it's a full house and as you can imagine the parking lot can be a zoo on the weekends. I came in with a friend and her daughter to buy some household items such as Windex and paper towels, etc. boring stuff...Some how some way we always end up in the books, video and toy department where we geek out on the amount of Star War stuff we need to get and which funko Pop doll we don't have and how many Game of Thrones T shirts can we buy without going broke! Ah... the joys of being an adult... This Target has a nice healthy selection of organic and non-gmo stuff (if you're into that stuff) they have more of it than the other Targets that I've seen.... It's a great Target if you're in the area and need stuff...but just watch out for the parking lot...there seems to always be tons of little kids running all around the place so look carefully before you back out... read more

"Your commitment's "Made some of the staff feel uncomfortable" The associates that approached me did it off to the side to make themselves look better. Treating a customer like that is bad customer service! I have been diagnosed with anxiety & PTSD among other problems. Anyway they try to take away your Freedom of speech! I went into this Target to look for some items I couldn't find down the road at Walmart. First, I needed a scooter. The only ones there were on recharge. Some kids were riding around on the other ones outside. I told them I needed one as I had arthritis. The mother told me to stop bothering her kids. I went inside abd looked for a mgr. One asked me if I was "retarded" or something. I asked if she'd needed tovsee a copy of my GSU diploma and offered to send her a transcript as well. She ignored me at first, then went after the kids getting me a cart. One young cashier said my patriotic shirt was "racist". I guess I'm fed up with this woke store as I am with Kroger. read more

This is probably the best target I have been to! If you love their self care aisles you will love this locations set up. They have EVERYTHING! My boyfriend even loves to come and shop their men's section for his needs while I keep busy looking into their different scrubs and face masks. Another thing I love about this location is their employees you can't go wrong with good people, you just can't. Also Starbucks, I know they are in all of the locations but this one is my favorite. Also like most targets, this location has the gifts and nick nacks in the front near the entrance. It has the clothes and accessories to the left behind the seasonal sections. In the middle is the toys and office supply's. In the back is entertainment and technologies, and on the right is a small amount of convenient groceries. read more

This is a great Target. It's only 4 stars because I wish it was a Super Target. That being said, it's a big, clean store that's updated. You come in for one or two items, and will be sure to leave with a few more goodies you found along your way. I do not usually shop at target but my sweetie bought me some bathing suit bottoms that didn't fit so I had to return them, but they gave me a hard time. They said that they couldn't do and even exchange, store credit, gift card, or even money back because they said I had returned too many items even when I told them I don't normally shop at target. The gave me a hard time, however, they let me return the bottoms anyway after about 15 mins of protesting. read more

I meant to write this review about a week ago but it completely slipped my mind! This happened Monday, July 13, 2020!! I just moved back to Georgia from the West Coast and my friend was kind enough to drive me to Target to help find some shampoo/bodywash (and let's be honest I did do a little search for some new potential Squishmallow friends lol.) As we circled the store and came to the checkout the line was OUTRAGEOUS with only maybe one or two registers open and we all know those people who go to self checkout but don't know how to work the self checkout so it seemed like we weren't going anywhere anytime soon. SUDDENLY a man in a red shirt with a red mask (I think it was red) RAN out and quickly pointed employees who also RAN to fill the empty registers. He directed everyone to appropriate registers based on their spot in line and amount of items they had. He cleared the ENTIRE line, and got everyone checked out SO FAST it was ASTONISHING. (Thank you to all of my checkout employees as well, I'm sure you all have been going through hell but I am SO GRATEFUL for you guys!!) Whoever this man is, HE NEEDS A RAISE. He needs to know how GRATEFUL I am for someone to actually step up and give an amazing customer service experience during these crazy uncertain times. I usually hate Targets. However this location it was easy to navigate, had some amazing clearance, was clean, their choices of what to showcase on end caps and displays was great. Lots of bright lights, easy to shop and navigate through. I like that this location has a Starbucks and is close to other shops like Ulta, old navy, and Aldi! Average target, average customer service, etc etc. I needed to use the restroom but I didn't want to get my hopes up to release the kraken and the restrooms were nasty and then I have to do the pee pee dance to make it go away. That's sad when target bathrooms are consistently dirty no matter which location you go to. If employees don't want to clean them, hire a janitorial company to do it. We spent an hour or so clowning around with the Halloween stuff. They need a better selection on flat irons and blow dryers. I received friendly service throughout the time spent here. 3 stars for they had what I initially came for, friendly service, there is a Starbucks here, and for handicapped carts being really FAST compared to the ones at publix. read more

We had stopped at Target to pick up an Egg Cooker. This was my first time at this location. We don't live in the area, but happened to be in the area for other reasons. Trying to find an employee to help us find what we were looking for was impossible. Non of the employees knew what we were talking about. It was a customer nearby who said we could find an Egg Cooker at Bed Bath and Beyond, across the street. Not a lot of selection of small kitchen appliances, at this location. Currently, this Target is pretty good. Everything is organized, correctly priced and labeled. Employees are friendly, not many ghetto employees. However, after 4 p.m., all the ghetto people come out and this Target unfortunately is no exception. It is a safe store and I have no problem coming here at night time, unlike the Walmart down the street. With the massive influx of ghetto people to this town, I really hope this store doesn't go to complete garbage. For now, it is my preferred place to shop for everything. read more

Typical target. However, at this location, watch out for the prices in the dairy case. The prices listed on the shelves are consistently lower than the price one is actually charged at the register. It happened yet again today. The price difference was only about $0.35 so I am not about to. Go back inside stand in a customer service line to have a credit issued on my debit card. Just be aware when they are checking you out so you can catch the errors. They are good about correcting the situation, but it's time consuming and I feel bad making others wait due to their mistakes. I really like this location. It's safe, clean, and convenient. The parking is pretty good. There are about a bazillion handicap spaces, so you have to park a bit away, but walking is good for ya. The driving of the other people in the parking lot is a little insane. Watch out. I've only been to this location during the day around lunch time, but I've never had a problem zipping in and out of there. There are always multiple check out lines, so the wait is never long. read more

The customer service line is usually nice. I had a return to make on a gift (I had a gift receipt) and the person who did it was very sweet and quick. I was in the market for a TV stand, so I took a look at theirs. I found one, advertised at $199. The numbers on the box matched and everything. I used the call "button" (its a phone) to get someone to help me because it was a "team lift" item. The person came fairly quickly. The used a dolly to push it up to the front, and told me what line to get in. Then literally all of the workers became rude and impatient. Two of them immediately needed to know what car I was driving and two of them WOULD NOT LEAVE ME ALONE about a debit card. I kindly told them no at least 4 times. They were all standing around me, and preventing me from checking out. This seemed to annoy the cashier. She definitely took it out on me, even though I had done everything the other workers had said, and the hold up was not at all my fault. The cashier repeated the total very angrily. She said "230-something. I said "The sign said it was $199." and was going to offer to show her but she cut me off saying "nope. $229." At this point, I was willing to pay $30 extra to get out of here, which is sad, so I proceeded as she tapped her foot. I had a store credit and a gift card, so I quickly handed those to the worker. She took a while to do those but then when she was done she immediately looked at me and said in her raspy voice, "Can you give me your card NOW?" so I quickly handed it to her, thinking from what she said, SHE was going to enter it. She VERY condescendingly said, "No. You do it yourself, HONEY" (the southern "idiot"). So I continued to do it as quickly as possible and got out of there. I'll probably be making my way to other targets, where workers are required to at least be civil. read more

This place used to be really nice. After many years it has so many employees that have horrible customer service. They stand around talking and joking with the useless security guard. You try to be friendly at check out and they are rude or don't respond. Management only hires people like themselves, so that tells you what kind of manager is running this store. Clean store? That can't be the only thing you give a 5 star rating for. I will go out of my way to avoid this poorly managed store. read more
