Terrible place to shop. Prices are high and products are broken and you can't return even if in original packaging if no receipt. I tried to exchange for the same and was not allowed. Cashiers are rude and the store is filthy and products are covered in rat feces. With my recent experience and the cases of Hanta virus happening, don't expect me in this establishment. I'd rather loose $90 which was the cost of my non functioning solar umbrella. Good luck trying to get customer service at this store. Been shopping here for years. Recently most items are without price stickers. It will hold up the checkout lines for a half hour because the cashier cannot find the item in the system or another clerk cannot find it. Rude incompetent cashier named Tiffany 1/16/2026. Not going back. read more

You have to understand what you are getting yourself into coming into Olie's It is a no frills, funny, huge store with w working under the sun on liquidation. I stopped here today and I hadn't been in years. I couldn't believe how grungy and run down the building was. Honestly, I am surprises they are passing sanitation inspections. Floors tore up, beat up shelves, dents in the walls.etc. What I did find was alot of cool stiff, though! Their selection of skillets is crazy! They have almost anything you can think of. This is a fun place if you are bored to go lol around. Service was slow but I could tell they were trying. The deals here are reasonable and pricing is fantastic. LOL, Okay Okay, I hear ya, but the Kids are part of Ollies Army, so lets check out the one near the house. I got yo admit it is a great concept, Overstock Items, Mass purchases from Locations or Semi tractor accidents, that everything is undamaged and sold cheap. They really do have brand name stuff and it is cheap, but if you have never been to a place like this, there is nothing fancy. Peruse the store and find everything from Kitchen, Garden, Electronics, Electrical, PC, Home goods etc. Great way to burn time. read more

It's exactly what you would expect. Stuff here there and everywhere. No room to walk, but damn if there aren't good prices on shampoo and body wash. The one in Wilmington is nothing like the one in Richmond. I loved shopping in Richmond bc it was so neat & organized. I found neat items & when visiting I always stopped there.I found coolant at a unbelievable price.I haven't been to one in Wilmington in years. If it's still there, I'm going to stop in & see how things are going now. read more

If you are looking for a deal this is your place! That being said, usually only one register open with long lines and the store is in a constant mess. When I find staff they are friendly and helpful. My , my the things you can find in this store it amazes me that it can be so much in one store , but it is! I love the fact that you can find some real deals in Ollie's such as Paula Dean cookware, Racheal Ray and more. Not only that but books, linen, snacks,cereals , detergent , coffee by the case even for the Keurig. Even going in there if you have a Keurig machine to purchase coffee by the case it's worth it as opposed to BBBW. There is something in here for every part of your house from bedroom to kitchen. They usually have different things come in very often so it's a place that you see it once and go back it probably won't be there. The employees know wheee everything is which amazes me because I'm in the store for hours! Not that I'm looking for anything in particular, but it's just so much stuff! It's a great place to go for the holidays to get gifts for the family. Best part about it is it's not expensive and most items are things people really can use for example cookware which if you have someone who loves to bake or cook this is your go too! Yes they have a lot of stuff in this rundown store, BUT you need to know what the real prices are of the items you are buying would be at a non-discount store. Most of the items in here are not priced well and only a few cents off regular stores. There are a few small kitchen items like spatulas that are well priced. The best bargins here are the books got two books for $2.99 each and regular price of these books was $14. As others have mentioned only one cashier line open, why have 3 cashier checkouts if only one is ever open??? read more

Soooo... if you've ever shopped at Big Lots, you'll know what you're doing here.. Having just recently moved to Wilmington area, I was glad to see this place.. it's HUGE, with almost everything you could need to fill an apartment and all priced VERY well... There's even a pretty large food section... Granted, you won't find Panasonic Flat Screens and Viking ranges here.. if you need some bathroom storage, or a few plates, curtains, books, flatware, fans, heaters, chocolate covered pretzels, tarps, shower heads, tools, etc.. I'd stop here first, because there's a good chance you'll find it here, and for a few bucks cheaper than you'd find it elsewhere. read more

Lot's and lots of cheap shit. Very similar to Big Lot's this business has tons and tons of discount off brand merchandise. Cashiers are great! Awesome selection of books, indoor/outdoor furniture and kitchen equipment. Not much as far as electronics but there is decent food selection and huge department of rugs in the back of the store. read more

Can always find a good deal at this place ! I could spend a couple of hours in here looking around & shopping. So far I brought from there is bedsheets, pillows, kitchen items. Everything is at a reasonable price . People should really check this place if they haven't ! read more

Usually I go here for food on lunch breaks they have that stuff priced to move however I do feel everything else is a little cheap looking, if you have kids youay find some deals on the toys and sports gear. Cashiers are always nice! They however do need more than just one sometimes! read more

This is a good place to go waste some time and pick up a few unexpected finds. It's similar to Big Lots or Tuesday Morning. They get overstocked or clearance items. They are a great place to go for children's books,art supplies,random kitchen accessories like glass bread loaf pans and dish drying racks. We have purchased emergency supplies like flashlights here. Definitely worth a stop if you are a bargin hunter. read more
