This review is for the incompetent employees and about half the toys being ripped open. I had a $100 gift card I was gifted for my birthday. Didn't find much, but got a couple things for my daughter (who was with me) and a dog toy. I slid my gift card, then handed it to the cashier who could not figure out how to get to the PIN number. She tore half the silver strip off first...I asked her if I could see it, slid my fingernail across it and said "it's just like a lottery scratch off, use a coin or your nail". This girl proceeded to literally demolish this card. She dug so hard into it that the numbers eventually weren't legible. Manager came over...more waiting. Not a single, I'm sorry, or thank you for your patience. They didn't even make eye contact. These two boneheads could not figure this out. So I just left the bag of toys on the counter, took the gift card back and walked out with a very disappointed kid. Bring your business to TJ maxx or anywhere else. read more

I loooove coming to Marshall's. No matter where I travel, I can always find SOMETHING at a Marshall's/TJMAXX. This store was was in order and well stocked. The toy section was smaller than the one I was used to but I was able to find a few small gifts to take home with me. read more

Ok I love Marshall's, however this particular location I'm not sure if they want to sell handbags or not. I waited for nearly 30 minutes for someone to come over to take a handbag off the locks and to the front for me so I could pay. No one showed up and I had to request help again. I seriously wished they'd have someone perhaps the employee who works the dressing room to handle that little area with handbags. I love the selection of what they have and the value of them which are discounted. They just don't have people tending to the area. When a customer has to request assistance and no one comes it's not good business. This isn't the first time sadly. read more

As a formal employee and a shopper, the best place in the world to shop is at Marshall's. Then management was amazing. My experience as a customer and an employee. Outstanding service carrying employees and miss Jennifer. The best store manager ever in my life. I've never had met a group of men and women working together when my husband had his heart attack 3 years ago at Marshall. He was home, I called and it was a week before. Thanksgiving, they said don't worry, your job is fun. You need to take care of your spouse. The stored manager miss Jennifer. She went to the hospital brought me food. Also I had a couple rods back-and-forth when I needed to ride to work. And it's just that gives you heart and true heart. All my people I work with they were like family. Kayleigh is amazing. She is great. I meet everybody there Rosanna. Gina, there are so many people Mr. Danny, it was such an honor and pleasure to be a part of a team that's. Not a job. It was a family reunion every day of the week. I love them. I miss them. I live in Pennsylvania now and I'm too far from a Marshall's. But if I was closer I'd be at the marshals, I love it. I love Marshalls, universally! I think they have some amazing finds and their clearance sections often go on for days. It's very hard to leave empty handed. This location I liked most for their bathroom and home furnishing items. Bathroom! I've been looking all over town for quality, reasonable price memory foam bath mats, bathroom rugs, shower curtains, and counter top organizers. Compared to drug stores, Target, Kirklands, and other stores like such Marshall's had the best selection, quality and prices. However, Amazon Prime is still cheaper. If you're like me, and like your cool grey tones and beach colors, Marshalls has a lot for your to choose from. Home furnishing! I'm not talking furniture, though they have good options (generally) for that too, I mean pictures to hang out, table throws, decorative candles, indoor potting options, etc. Marshall's has some really cute stuff, and can be a one stop shop to match all your indoor decor for a decent price. I love their fake plant basket arrangements and $10-15 watercolor paintings. I was not, however, impressed with their minimal juniors clothing selection, men's swimwear options, girl's sandals options or hair products. There's definitely room for improvement but overall good brand and hope to see more unique, affordable items come through. read more

It's good to know they are there. May not have everything but it's a hit or miss. We do not have a lot of stores in Wilmington to shop at.

I am starting to really like this Marshall's. They have a lot of great items and the customer service is good. They have plenty of parking and it is a huge store. I feel like this location is one of the best. They have really great mens items and super cute girls things. I think the show selection could be way better though. read more

I love the clothes but this store is filthy! The dressing rooms are the worst! Dirt everywhere and the ceiling is also filled with dirt and dust! I spoke to the assistant manager who said she would put a work order to clean it... shouldn't that be done daily?? they want our money, but they don't have a clean store. read more

I was shopping at the store and they where about to close in 10 min and the light went off. I head to the register to see what we had to do or if we could pay and this older white lady was so rude! start talking like we where stupid and almost yelling and told us we have to leave right now and just leave everything there, not explaining what was going on or telling us they will hold our stuff for next day or letting us ask anything! I really could not believe how rude she was. I understand the power went off but for Sure she did not handle the situation rother at all! read more
