Quickly created pizza ordered on a Friday night at 5pm. Was ready when I arrived. Pizza was HUGE! Delicious ! Lots of flavorful toppings! I love that they use corn flour on the bottom of the crust and dont burn it. Crust is crisp outside and chewy inside, not all bready like many other pizzas. One Star - Will Not Return We had a terrible experience at Ollie's Pizza in Medford. From the moment we walked in, things felt off. We rang the bell and waited for over a minute before a server finally emerged--reluctantly--looking like having customers was the last thing she wanted. The layout doesn't help either. You're met with a subway-tiled wall and a tiny window, giving zero visibility into what's going on in the kitchen. I peeked over and saw one guy more focused on being a DJ with his phone than making pizza. After I literally had to call out "Hola" to get someone's attention, the girl finally acknowledged us. We asked what was available by the slice. She pointed at the display, and when my girlfriend said she'd take a Supreme slice, we were told, "Oh, we're out of Supreme right now." Why was it still being displayed, then? Christine ended up getting a spicy pepperoni slice (with no warning about the spice level), and I got two slices of Hot Honey with jalapeño pepperoni. For three slices and one medium drink, we were charged $22--which is far from budget-friendly. Then, when Christine asked for ranch, we were told it would cost $1 extra. For ranch. Is it gold-plated? The service was poor, the pricing ridiculous, and the atmosphere not inviting at all. One trashcan in the dining area was wide open and overflowing--pretty gross, especially for 2pm on a Sunday. The only thing "New York" about this place was the grimy subway tile and a lone Ninja Turtle figure behind the counter. Overall, I do not trust the staff, the food handling, or the hygiene standards here. We won't be back, and I don't recommend anyone else waste their time or money either. read more

We came on a Sunday afternoon, it wasn't busy inside but the employees said they were slammed with online orders which I can understand, our food just took about 20 minutes just for a few slices. There were also limits on which pizzas they had available for a slice - this was initially disappointing, but it pushed me to try the hot honey jalapeno, and this was a fantastic piece of pizza! Looking around, the vibe's right and you strike up a conversation with the proprietors and ask about the day's special as CCR and Tom Petty play on the sound system. And it's the Jalapeño Hot Honey. Served up fast and there to warm away the winter chills. Balancing it out, an ice cold Coca-Cola Classic. Fresh, flavorful toppings, and the crust. Ah, the crust. Just enough but not too much, and a crispy base with just the right amount of crunch to compliment the toppings. I'm particular. Because I care. And it's obvious the team at Ollies does too. If your looking for a good slice of pizza you can't go wrong with this place. They sell whole pizzas or just slices for a reasonable price. Thin, crispy crust with a tangy sauce, not too much cheese to where it's running over the sides but you get a nice little cheese pull. Being a born and raised Philly Girl, I KNOW what a good NY style pizza tastes like. Being a long time local, I was excited to try this pizza, in hopes of finally finding some proper pizza around here. I've tried it now 4 times, ordered whole pies and just stopped in for slices. It breaks my heart to say this but, I don't recommend this pizza. I really wanted to love and support this business. The crust is too thin. In fact, the layer of cheese is as thick or thicker than the crust and that's not right. The flavor of the sauce is not great, not like the legit Italian pizza shops on the East Coast. I love pizza, and in my 10+ years in the Rogue Valley, I've had wide range of pies. Creekside and Martolli's in Ashland are both pretty good, but Ollie's operates on an entirely different level. I can't think of a better pizza. The crust is impossibly thin, crispy, and flavorful. The sauces and cheeses are perfectly portioned so the slices don't get weighed down, but they're very generous with their toppings, especially the pepperoni. The alfredo with pesto, sausage, and garlic is great too. Beware the hot honey though. Don't get me wrong; it's great, but you need a wet nap to clean up afterwards. Even the Caesar salad is good.
