We were greeted quickly and they put a few tables together for us. We ordered drinks and they came out in a timely manner. Our server came back quickly and took our order. We got the potato pizza, a pepperoni pizza, the peaches and cheese appetizer and a Cesar salad. The appetizer of peaches and cheese with prosciutto was very tasty. Different in a very good way. Would have liked more to dip with. It's quite a big portion. The salad was delicious. The pizzas were very good. The crust is thin but not cracker like. The taste is great and we enjoyed both. Second time I've been here, and still not have not eaten the pizza. Can you imagine going into a pizza place and not wanting to order their food? When you're in a good pizza place, you don't ask for pizza...you demand it. The smell alone permeates your brain and your nads and your DNA, way down in the cro-magnon layer, and compels you to cram that pizza down your gullet. This place doesn't smell like pizza. It smells...generic. Nondescript. Uninspiring. Could be a UPS store. There may be food in the building, but only in the most basic biological level. I really wanted pizza today, but I'm not feeling it. The generic feeling carried over to the service. None of the staff cared whether we were there or not. Nice people, but didn't seem interested in providing food, or drinks. Or hospitality. Indifferent. Disinterested. Distant. I did, like last time, despite the challenges with service, try two of their beers. Like last time, their beers are really bad. For a brand new business, and visiting on their first day, I have to say I was so impressed, they're absolutely killin' it. The staff stayed friendly, even through the chaos, even when I listened to a rude customer complain about the wait and demand a refund (hi, um, have some patience they literally just opened a couple hours ago and got slammed?) Owner was on-site helping in the trenches, with a great attitude. Just overall they set the tone for a rad environment! The beers are great, the pizza was delicious, and I can't wait to work my way through the menu! I'm usually not big on finishing my crust, and for once I ate every last bite (it was THAT good). Menu is simple, not complicated or overwhelming, with great options and a lot of vegetarian stuff too. Brand new building is absolutely gorgeous, clean, spacious, and very inviting. Prices are reasonable and don't feel like gouging like so many other pizza places do. They're a breath of fresh air to the valley! Glad to have them and stoked to see this business do well! Best pizza in the valley. That crust is phenomenal. The beers were very good too. The coffee Belgian was super coffee forward and the IPA we had was not super bitter but had a nice citrus vibe. I'll start with the good: Service was impeccable! The servers and waitresses were all delightful, kind, and attentive. We were seated quickly and brought drinks right away. The pizza crust was 10/10...absolutely the best in the valley. The sourdough is delicious! My ginger salad was also really good, and very flavorful and fresh. We ordered two pizzas, two salads, and wings. The pepperoni was great, fresh, and flavorful. The price was also affordable. Unfortunately, the second pizza left a lot to be desired. The pork on top was crock-pot textured, really mushy with no flavor. the crust was exceptional but there was very little flavor throughout the rest. The Caesar salad was also disappointing...it was very oily and the lettuce was wilted. Lastly, the wings had okay flavor but weren't crisp or fresh and were rather soggy. The overall flavors needed a little more acidity or salt to amp them up and take them from bland to a little better, since the crust is phenomenal. This was unfortunate as we had taken guests out to eat and all of us were not wow'd. We love small businesses and hope to try it again. With minor improvements, it can become great. read more

Great location and the atmosphere and customer service was top notch from start to finish. Pizza oh don't get me started - being a little bit of a pizza and beer snob I can honestly say the pizza was flavorful, crust delightful - some of the best pizza I have had. We had the hot honey pepperoni and the white - both were delicious. Great beers as well - I really enjoyed the chili pepper beer. They have a nice selection of beer and wine which makes it nice for all. Great indoor and outdoor seating. Perfect for that afternoon meet up or bring the family - got to watch a little corn hole tournament between friends - the guy in the sling was killing it. I really really wanted to like this place. Medford really lacks in the pizza game so this being a brewery and a pizza place...great start! Well unfortunately it falls short in a couple places, but we'll start with the good. That pizza has really really good crust, and is by all standards really good pizza. So that's again a good start. But man $20 for a 10in pie I can slam down myself in a sitting? You're nuts if you think you're going to have a lot of repeat business with those prices. Second thing here, the wings were straight trash. I mean I think dominos wings might have been better. They were so soggy my friend and I didn't even finish them which is not like us. Other than that, the service was ok. It definitely looked like too many people were working and not knowing what to do but I guess that happens in a new business. Anyway for me to come back I would need a much better value for pizza, and again it's great pizza but 10in for $20 is Highway robbery and I won't get over that. read more

The place is huge, inside and (strangely) outside as well. Since they are on the highway, the noise and exhaust fumes from heavy traffic do not bode well for alfresco dining. Inside, it's a bit of an airplane hangar with soaring ceilings and exposed pipes. The scale of the room and the large number of small tables are not conducive to a comfortable experience. There's not much here to make a diner want to hang out for long. Our table had not been cleaned off for the two of us. We had to brush the crumbs off the table ourselves. There were perhaps seven or eight tables with customers and three of four employees visible. I guess customers are expected to clean up after themselves. On to the service. An extroverted young man dressed in black with a gold chain around his neck basically ignored us after we were seated, for rather a long time- 15 minutes or so. Some drinks would have been nice. Finally we ordered: one pizza and two Diet Pepsis. Time went very slowly, slowly enough that we noticed that NOBODY was eating. Yes, all seven tables had no food, no pizzas flying out of ovens to hungry diners. Finally, a pizza was delivered but not to us. We had to wait for another interminable 25 minutes for ours. Since this was 1:00 on a Tuesday, with hardly anyone there, I wonder what things are like at night with larger, and more demanding crowds. Almost an hour waiting for a pizza and soft drinks? Nope The food? It's fine. A nice pizza with a nice crust. Is the experience worth it? Not really. There are other restaurants with nice pizza that offer a more pleasant meal. read more

I'm giving this a solid 4, it's probably actually a 4-1/2. The beer was fine, not the best IPA we've had but definitely serviceable. The facility is beautiful with a ton of outdoor, dog friendly seating, which was important since we were traveling and had our German shepherd. They were very friendly with us and her, it's always nice when restaurants are welcoming to well behaved dogs. The pizza was really good, especially the crust. One small quibble - the rim was at least 2" around the perimeter, maybe even 2-1/2" in spots. With nothing on the rim, all the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni was in the very middle with a lot of plain crust around the edges. I did order the pizza with extra sauce on it and in the center part it was fine. What I should have asked for was extra sauce on the side so I could spread it around on the dry parts of the crust. Still, a very tasty pizza that we would be ordering regularly if we were locals. We also tried the Peach and Blue appetizer, gorgonzola cheese melted with peach pepper preserves topped with prosciutto. It was fantastic, totally decadent and yummy. We split that and a pizza and it was plenty of food for two people. read more

It's a nice looking place, but I like really hoppy ipa's and you won't find that here. I wish they carried more choices from other breweries. I also did not see a vegetarian pizza on the menu nor a gluten free option which are both a must for my family. It's a new business so they might need some more time with adjusting the menu. Finally a great New York Style pizza in our area. My daughter and I had the cheese pizza and wings. The pizza was amazing - highest quality ingredients and baked to perfection. I would have given the review \right away, but my car got rear ended on the way home and looks like it was totaled. First time at this establisment. I ordered the canadian bacon pizza n cesar salad. The pizza crust was very thing and only one piece of canadian bacon and 2 pieces of pinapple per slice .
