The ham, sausage, and pepperoni expensive $32.99 Meatatarian pizza was overcooked and crunchy; cheesy bread sticks were room temperature. I ordered Ranch Dressing but instead received the marana sauce. Needless to say, I was not pleased with the meal as it was overcooked, and it smelled like burnt plastic. Long time caller, first time poster. My family and I order delivery from this spot just about weekly. They are always really kind on the phone, and the delivery guy is absolutely the friendliest. You will not get better service with food delivery in the valley. Now, the pizza- I don't know what it is that they do exactly but this pizza is phenomenal. I am a pepperoni gal myself, so that's all I can really speak about, but dang!! The crust is crispy and sometimes with a little char on the little bubbles- my personal fave. The sauce is flavorful and kinda chunky, so the pie isn't overflowing with sauce but it has a ton of tomatoey flavor throughout. Ok, ordered a simple pizza this evening because I didn't want to cook. First, I have to say, if I was the owner of Jackson Creek, I would be embarrassed to let something so horrible leave my shop. The pizza crust was soggy dough, sauce had no flavor, and after counting the pepperoni's it had 37 total. The menu, as shown below says pepperoni and cheese, pepperoni, more cheese then more pepperoni. Ok in hardly think 37 slices of pepperoni's even comes close to the description. If you placed the pepperoni's side by side I really doubt it would have covered 1/3 of the pizza. Even if the entire pizza was covered, it still would be a $27 pizza. For $27 I will never order from this pizza shop again. This was at best an $8 pizza. Again if I'm the owner I'd be embarrassed to have something this bad leave my shop. read more

Wow! Lady at the order counter was a bitch. And I'm saying that lightly. This chics attitude towards us was alarming. It was the most difficult order I think I've ever experienced. The familiar blended with the new to enhance its always welcoming atmosphere. The owners and staff are enthusiastic about thermometer at the one year Anniversary of the move. We ordered mild wings with our pizza. When the wings arrived, they were so HOT!! that neither my partner nor my stepson who routinely eat hot foods were able to eat any of them. We called and spoke to both the counter person and manager Autumn . She said all of their wings are buffalo even though the menu shows mild, hot and barbecue. We were unable to eat the wings. According to Medford foodies, there are two pizza joints in Medford that make a worthy pie. One is Kaleidoscope, the other Jackson Creek Pizza (JCP). As a pizza lover and heavy user of said meat, cheese, sauce, and, to a minor extent, veggie pies, I want to weigh in on JCP. It is conveniently located (about two blocks) from my house and delivery is always fast and convenient. Food always arrives warm and fresh. The pizza is good (not exceptional) and in my opinion a little pricey for the size served. Toppings are usually high quality, and crust is good. Now, where they shine, is the calzones. I like mine simple: Sausage, olives, mushrooms, no yuppie ingredients for me...LOL It is comparably sized to a medium pizza, and is just as filling for half the cost. Crust is good, and fillings are high quality meats. Order a side of marinara to dip the crust in. As I am always trying to lose weight (as a foodie it is a never ending struggle) I try to stay away, but it sure hits the spot when I have a craving! read more

Honestly, the best part of this place was it's drivers customer service. The woman who took my order was extremely rude. Kept sighing when I was asking what kind of sodas they had, even though they don't have them listed on their menu. I'm usually not one to complain. But I was baffled by the way they spoke to me. After about an hour I had called to NICELY ask for an eta, and the lady laughed at me and said without even asking my name or order. "Honestly we're really busy, it'll get there when it gets there, it could even be on its way" I was so uncomfortable I just thanked her and hung up. As someone whose worked customer service, I would have just asked me to hold or at least been polite. So I emailed the company to try to let the manager or owner know what happened, this was probably two or three weeks ago. And never got a response. I'd say the only perks of this place was how nice the driver was and that the food was relatively cheap. The people who take your order make you feel like you're inconveniencing them, but they don't have an online order option. I'd say the pizza is honestly mediocre, and obviously management doesn't care about even apologizing for their employees horrible service. I'd rather get Angelo's or dominos.
